  1. You won't find it in 2.7.0. It should find its way into one of the next dev releases. Thanks for the suggestion though, it is a good reminder!
  2. I had a go at this a while back. Strapped the PCB to a Parrot AR drone (the old one) and wired a low-weight battery pack to it. Great thing about quadcopters is that they are really stable at most altitudes. The main issue with all of these drones is battery life. At least with most commercial ones. The Parrot drone I used only lasted for maybe 15-20 minutes. That wasn't all flying though... Anyway, quad-copters. Definitely the way to go.
  3. Hello and welcome to the forums. First of all, you should use the POE/Ethernet port. Second of all, if your firmware version is below 2.6.4 please go to http://172.16.42.1/pineapple If you then upgrade to 2.7.0 you can go to the url you were going to. Notice that when you connect over ethernet you need to set your laptop / desktop's IP to a static 172.16.42.42 as there is no DHCP running on the ethernet. Best Regards, Sebkinne
  4. Is this a bug? If so, please add it to the forum!
  5. Yup - you will notice that once it was live we pointed our redirect to the trunk version again. To be honest, no one should be using that repository anymore, they should be using our link. (People using the pineapple, not in general). This is built in to 2.7.0. The reason is because we can then react and hotfix issues.
  6. Interesting bug. Same with other modules or just this one? I think I know what it is - just need verification.
  7. I love this idea. It won't take too long either. I'll throw it into the next dev release.
  8. Done. If this causes issues or people start spamming Caps titles this will be enabled again. Best Regards, Sebkinne
  9. You know, this has annoyed me a lot too. I am not sure - doubt it actually but I will check.
  10. Hm, an interesting take on the matter: You can have a script looking up IP/MAC mapping in the arp file. Then you can use IPTables to redirect clients "based on MAC" -> IP. Afaik the commands here (stripped and combined a bit) will do the trick. I prefer this to hacking DNSSpoof sources.
  11. IPtables isn't that bad. If I wasn't on my phone right now I would point you in the right direction. Will update later.
  12. This will not likely happen on our side as it is a DNSSpoof thing and should be changed on their end. I suppose we can take a look at the source - it shouldn't be too hard to add in. Best Regards, Sebkinne
  13. Already in this forum. Status set to dupe. Not sure where it went. Anyway, yeah, this is going to appear soon.
  14. # opkg instsall sslsniff IP tables will do the trick for you.
  15. Possible. If you were on version < 2.6.4 then the checking for the re-boot will fail and the page will never refresh. Otherwise, yeah, it should.
  16. Why would you change the code of karma? If you want to Append FREE to an AP then you can just edit the SSID list in the module. If you want to change the karma SSID to "XZY FREE" simply go to the webUI and go to configuration->Karma config.
  17. Is your pineapple booted up? It probably is (all light on). Go to http://172.16.42.1:1471 to get to the upgraded system. Best Regards, Sebkinne
  18. You want to blacklist YOUR laptops / phones MAC. This means that Karma will NOT act on your MAC. If you were to whitelist, then it will only work on clients INSIDE the whitelist.
  19. That is built in. Go to the Config page -> Karma config -> blacklist MAC -> blacklist your MAC
  20. Following Mr-Protocol's post: WiFi Pineapple is a wireless penetration testing tool for use in authorized security audits where permitted. Check laws and obtain client permission before using. Hak5, LLC., Darren Kitchen, Robin Wood, Rob Fuller, Sebastian Kinne and affiliates claim no responsibility for unauthorized use. Please Hack Responsibly. Saying that, think twice before doing what you are intending to do.
  21. It will be released whenever Darren has time for it. It is a cool module, so give him a bit of time ;)
  22. Hm, sorry, I will change the bartender text. I have a re-worked one almost ready, I didn't really get time for it lately. About the links for the hacktastic community: I fixed the cloud.wifipineapple, com page. In regards to the about.php on the pineapple, it was fixed "23 days ago" according to my log. It should have made it to 2.7.0. Are you on that? Best Regards, Sebkinne
