  1. Make sure wlan1 is down, otherwise you cannot channel hop. Best regards, Sebkinne
--------------------------------------------------------------------------- I can happily answer all questions you have in German, but we try to keep this forum English only, so that others can benefit from any resolutions to problem there may be. The delivery time to Germany varies depending on what carrier you use - DHL is the best for Germany, but costs a little more. Usually, I'd calculate a week for shipping + any time it spends in customs. If you have any further questions, you can contact me via PM, but my reply could take a while. It's best if you try these forums in English first :). Best Regards, Sebkinne
  3. Yeah, PineAP uses wlan1 and therefore clientmode interferes with it. As you said, you'd have to use wlan2 for clientmode. The reason why the red LED doesn't show up is simply because it is bound to wlan1 and not the monitor interface. I think in the future we'll make the red LED light up while PineAP is enabled as a further indicator. Best Regards, Sebkinne
  4. We will not be using barrier breaker, instead we will be waiting for chaos calmer which should be released end of this year. Our reasoning is wanting to base our work off of an LTS release. Best regards, Sebkinne
  5. Are you using pineAP at all? Best Regards, Sebkinne
  6. Those errors look like there may be a browser extension that is throwing errors which in turn breaks some JavaScript on the WiFi Pineapple. We have seen similar results with people who have caught themselves a virus, downloaded some weird broken extension or have messed with some of the Pineapple code. Take a look at this thread under "Webinterface Issues". Failing that, it may be possible that there is an infusion which breaks the something - but I think more people would have noticed this. What browser are you running? Best Regards, Sebkinne
  7. Mr.miYagi, This is an interesting issue and I would love for you to create a new thread about it, detailing all the information you can provide. While Darren was able to reproduce the issue, it was because of connectivity (range) issues between client and Pineapple. In a close / semi close environment, I am personally not able to reproduce the issue with my different phones / tablets / laptops. There would be ways to completely disable the deauth due to inactivity, but this could have rather unexpected results. The plan is to play around with this and release a beta specifically for people with this issue. I am sorry that we haven't been on top of this issue in the past, but it was simply because it is not an issue that is easy to replicate for myself / some of the people that regularly test issues out for us. Best Regards, Sebkinne
  8. Don't use wlan0 to create the monitor interface.
  9. That's how it's meant to be - read only memory. Best regards, Sebkinne
  10. Compiling OpenWRT kernel modules is documented plenty - by OpenWRT. We don't need to reinvent the wheel. For more information, see http://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/devel/packages#creating.packages.for.kernel.modules Best Regards, Sebkinne
  11. Glad we got that sorted out :) We'll investigate the resource consumption of PineAP but it is still within reason. Best Regards, Sebkinne
  12. Hi Everyone, Sorry for the inconvenience. We are aware of the issue and have resolved it. The only thing we are waiting on is the DNS entries to update. Best Regards, Sebkinne Edit: Should be all good now.

  14. Hi BeNe, Looks like most things are working! Please do not disable the watchdog. While it is possible that the device doesn't reboot, it will slow down under heavy load and lock up, which can cause fs corruption and other issues. In regards to SSLStrip taking up a lot of resources, you are correct, it is a heavy program. Most people can run it no problem, but some try to run everything at once - and that may not be possible. You should be able to run SSLStrip over the command line and see if that also causes reboots. If it does, you can use a tool called "nice" over the CLI to reduce the priority of sslstrip. We aren't able to ensure the efficiency of infusions, but you are welcome to voice any concerns in the appropriate support thread. If this is an issue which a lot of people are experiencing, I am sure that infusion developers may build in resource control tools. Best Regards, Sebkinne

  17. Yup, checking on it now. Looks like AWS is having some issues.
  18. Nope, your browser won't allow that. It expects https and will not settle for anything lower.
  19. The captive portal doesn't do SSL. Even if it did, it would serve you a self signed certificate, so it would give you an error message. Best Regards, Sebkinne
  20. This is nothing to do with the firmware, but with a WiFi Pineapple infusion. Please see the infusions forum (and the appropriate thread in there) for support. Best Regards, Sebkinne
  21. 9V 1.7A is fine, as long as you have ~10W of power. Do not go over 12V though. Best Regards, Sebkinne
  22. 200ma on a 9V is way way way too low. You want either 5V 2A, 9V 1A, or 12V 1A. Best regards, Sebkinne
  23. This is the most likely answer. We don't support all GPS devices out of the box. Best Regards, Sebkinne
  24. OpenWRT has a built in way to connect to WiFi networks (open, wpa, wpa2, etc). You CAN use the connect infusion, which makes the OpenWRT configuration rather easy too. Best Regards, Sebkinne
