  1. This is not correct. What it looks like is a malformed .ipk file. Best Regards, Sebkinne
  2. Hi Smart-Aswood, The answer to this is simple: It doesn't use up a wireless card. Ideally, you want to use both wlan0 and wlan1 for Karma / PineAP. Sure, you could connect a third wireless card, but that just adds bulk. Of course, using wlan1 for clientmode is going to work, but it means you loose out on new features utilizing wlan1. Best Regards, Sebkinne
  3. Dnsmasq is what the WiFi Pineapple uses. Best regards, Sebkinne
  4. Sorry, my mistake, it's "sqlite3-cli". Best regards, Sebkinne
  5. Hi honolulu6969, Welcome to the forums! If you do not mind using SQLite on the WiFi Pineapple MKV, that is the best way to go. MySQL is simply too heavy. We already ship the PHP and Python libraries to interface with sqlite3 by default. If you want CLI access, simply do an "opkg update && opkg install sqlite3". Best Regards, Sebkinne
  6. Edit: See Darren's response below Hi David, Please forward your email to seb@hak5.org and I'll make sure they get looked at. I can assure you that we do not simply delete emails without reading them. My best guess is that either a SPAM filter has caught them (For whatever reason) or that they simply got lost during processing. As others have said, we are a small team. If anyone else hasn't received an email back from us (m40295 maybe?), please forward the email to me. Best Regards, Sebkinne
  7. The karma log is located in /tmp/karma-phy0.log. If you want to change the location, navigate to your PineAP tile and click on the Karma tab. There you will be able to change the location. Best Regards, Sebkinne
  8. Hi yabasoya, First of all, "messing around with people" is not something we condone. Remember that you need explicit permission to use the WiFi Pineapple in most countries. Regarding the infusions though, you could install them all to the SD card and simply hide the ones that you don't want to use. If they are hidden, they will not slow down the webinterface, and won't slow down the pineapple if they are on the sd card. Best regards, Sebkinne
  9. Hi bytedeez, First, please take a look at this thread: https://forums.hak5.org/index.php?/topic/28813-psa-phishing-pages/ Now, it really depends on the code you want to share. Can you elaborate a little more on this? Because if it is just evil portal pages, the infusions developer can make this a bit easier for you in the future.
  10. As I said, it's currently experimental. Hence the tag behind it. Does it usually work? Yeah. Does it sometimes not work and require a reboot to start working? Yeah. It's to do with the SD card reader, sadly, so I cannot influence it. Best regards, Sebkinne
  11. It's experimental, as it doesn't work reliability at all times. Hence he (experimental) behind it. Best regards, Sebkinne
  12. I can make sure your email is seen and followed up on. Best regards, Sebkinne
  13. Totally understandable, I am very impatient when it comes to getting packages shipped to myself. I know from personal experience that our dear German customs may take a while, they are notorious for doing more detailed checks for packages coming from the US.
  14. We cannot speed up customs unless they contact us. If they have, we will have responded very quickly. Regarding any email you have previously sent, if it is a support request, email support@hak5.org. If you emailed shop@hak5.org, please forward it to myself (seb@hak5.org). Best regards, Sebkinne
  15. We currently have 10526 downloads of the firmware version 2.0.4 and only a few reports of this issue. It doesn't seem to be the firmware, but rather some other issue. We are investigating this issue and will see what we can do to fix it. In the meantime, I am glad that yours came back to life! Best Regards, Sebkinne
  16. We normally take 48h to respond, depending on the amount of emails it can take longer.
  17. For the least issues, format the sd card ext4, if you are running Linux. Best regards, Sebkinne
  18. The pineapple will always be at 172.16.42.1 by default. Your Windows 8.1 machine should be set to 172.16.42.42. Best Regards, Sebkinne
  19. We finally built this into the next firmware, which will go into beta today. Best regards, Sebkinne
  20. It's been released a while back.. 2.0.4 has this. Best regards, Sebkinne
  21. All you can do is call support. I am sure they have had many calling with the same issue, and if you know your purchase history / CC # / whatever, they may be able to verify you as the account holder. Other than that, learn from the mistake and move on - no matter how much it sucks.
  22. Nexus 6, because fuck Samsung's bloat. I run a note 3 on cm11 and am sick of the closed drivers, random crashes, etc etc etc. With stock Samsung firmware, it's horrible to use.. I cannot wait to get myself a nexus 6.
  23. No. Put wlan1 down instead of up, airmon it, never bring wlan1 up and use mon0 as the interface.
  24. No, as long as wlan1 is up, you'll see the channel as -1. Best regards, Sebkinne
