  1. I cannot reach the setup page for the wifi pineapple tetra( http://172.16.42.1:1471 ), I am currently using windows 10, however i have also tried using a Kali Virtual machine, I have tried every solution so far, Can anyone help?
  2. I logged on and saw an update today for my nano. I updated the firmware to 2.2.0. After updating some of the modules and seems like all the dependencies won't install. I have tried to reset the nano twice back to factory and formatted the SD card then switched SD cards and formatted that one, still won't work. I click on the not installed in the modules to get the dependencies and have tried the install on both the SD and internal storage. I don't if the DNS server is down or maybe there is something I did to the nano. Please help thank you, Jets

    SSID Filter

I have an issue. I put three SSID that I do not want clients connecting to the Pineapple. No matter if I set it to Filters > SSID Filtering to Allow Mode or Deny Mode, clients with the SSID listed in the filter connect. Have I misinterpreted the intent of the SSID Filter?
  4. Whenever I go into the Network tab and try to set a new MAC or Set Random MAC the radio that I try to change shuts off and becomes unusable. I have waited for them to become usable for up to 5 hours with no success, it doesn't matter if I do just one at a time or all of them, and doesn't matter how patient I am. And once this happens they are permanently unusable unless I preform a factory reset, which I've done several times. And I've also performed one Firmware Recovery, to no avail. Any ideas of what I can do?
  5. I've been messing with my pineapple for a bit now and have decided to try it all out on the go. I cannot seem to find any sort of set up that doesn't result it from doing a boot loop from solid yellow to blinking blue to blank and repeat. Can someone else who has done this shed a little light for me? I have the Y cable with both ends in the Anker battery and the micro usb into the UART port, I have my android device connected to the ETH1 port, what am I doing wrong?

    Newbie needs help

Hi guys, I just found out about this community and it looks really cool. I was wondering what the active users in this community thinks a good age to start learning to hack is. I also wanted to know where to start. I don't feel like spending money on something I'm not sure will stick with me in the future. Thanks
  7. I have been troubleshooting issues with the bashbunny for as long as it has been available. I got mine as soon as it was released; and it has been nothing but problematic from day one; which is a shame. The device, in theory, is probably the best thing Hak5 has ever come out with; but it practice, it has been the least usable in my experience. Many payloads will not run consistently; if they run properly at all. Every payload that makes use of the USB partition (the one thing that should really allow us to accomplish truly amazing feats) is problematic for many of its customers. The bashbunny forum is littered with threads full of people who cannot get any credential payloads to work because USB writing fails; among other problems. Simple ducky payloads that execute fine on the ducky or on nethunter's duckhunter will not inject properly a fair percentage of the time on the bashbunny. I see mixed character case issues where they shouldn't be and other anomalies. I am really hoping the USB corruption issues and the bizarre injection problems I am having is due solely to the fact that I adopted so early and the rest of the devices are not plagued with these issues; as they make the device unusable. I am pleading with Hak5 support here to please provide me with a replacement. I and my friends have poured countless hours of time and ulcers into trying to get this device to work; with, very little and, no lasting success. Anything we get to to work once or twice is quickly broken by yet another USB corruption issue or other strange injection anomaly. Please help me. I have gone through every unbricking, reflashing, updating, and udisk reformatting operation that support has given and have tried every firmware available. Nothing seems to be able to salvage this bunny. Help me technolust-ken-obee. You're my only hope...

    Bash Bunny: Problem [Unsolved]

Apparently I've tried to update to 1.1 incorrectly. It has a solid green on startup then it turns blank. After three times it goes into recovery mode I am assuming. Then once there it blinks red for a while. Then it turns blank again. I've waited ten minutes tried to replug it in assuming something went wrong it it was done. But it never blinks or goes solid green or blue after the red blinking. But just now It was blinking red then started to alternate red to blue. Now it's blank again, I will wait another fifteen minutes before I try anything else. What exactly is going on? I am assuming it's either trying to recover then flash. I moved the upgrade contents to the root file system. I don't know exactly what went wrong. Easier way to understand the problem: Plug In > Solid Green > Blank LED ........ Ten minutes has passed.... Replug In > Solid Green > Blank LED ....... Ten minutes has passed.... Replug In > Solid Green Blank LED ...... Ten minutes has passed.... Replug In > Blinking Red > Couple of Minutes Passed > Blinking Red . Blinking Blue . Blinking Red > Couple of Minutes Passed > Blinking Red > Couple of Minutes Passed > BLANK LED!!!! Ten minutes has passed... Replug In > Solid Green > Blank LED Every time it tries to recover then it will try to boot three times and try to recover again. It will never fully boot up nor will Kali recognize the file system or that it's plugged in.
  9. I have recently purchased a WiFi Pineapple Nano an I am trying to connect it to my android. I watched the video on youtube and followed the instructions to an exact yet it just gets stuck at "Waiting for the WiFi Pineapple to make a connection. My phone is a AT&T Samsung Galaxy S7, Model Number: G930A Version: 6.0.1 if that helps. I am using the USB adapter that comes with the product attached to my PC and my USB charger connecting to the pineapple. Is there anything im doing wrong? Thanks!
