  1. I have the same hash you got. You can force the upgrade and see how it goes. You can also recover using TTL/dip switches if something goes wrong. http://wiki.wifipineapple.com/#!reset.md
  2. Have you configured USB Pass-through? You need to have guest additions installed on your Ubuntu machine.
  3. The TETRA has dual band 2.4/5 GHz radios. I would say if you just want to get into it, start with a NANO. The TETRA has built in UART and Ethernet via MicroUSB. It really all comes down to what you want. The EDC bag with the TETRA will fit a laptop. The shop has a few pictures to give you an idea of scale. With both the NANO and TETRA, the T.E. gives you an easy way to carry it around. Check out the differences between the two here: NANO: http://hakshop.myshopify.com/collections/wifi-pineapple-kits/products/wifi-pineapple-nano?variant=9629752261 TETRA: http://hakshop.myshopify.com/collections/wifi-pineapple-kits/products/wifi-pineapple-tetra?variant=9872855429
  4. Look into the different commands you can do with nvram.
  5. How about the reset button on the router?
  6. I sure hope they were test devices and not unsuspecting users as this would be Illegal.
  7. I think you could manually edit the wireless config with the correct credentials. Although I'm not sure exactly as to how the network manager is configured on the NANO if it would work as desired.
  8. My Nexus 6P is great. I got the 128 GB version and I download movies from my Play Store account without any worries on space. I jumped from the Galaxy S3 to Nexus 6P and super satisfied.
  9. Should work just fine. Connect to the management AP, open Chrome, navigate to http://172.16.42.1:1471/
  10. This is all a cocktail mix of illegal activities. *Locked*
  11. I do have a spare, I bought 2 of the white cases. So it could be doable. :P
  12. I would suggest taking some computer networking courses or finding books that cover the basics first. If you are unfamiliar with how computers work, core components, etc. I would start there. You can try and find some CompTIA A+ or N+ certification prep books that would help for a start. Get very familiar with the OSI model: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OSI_model A quick search for "Introduction to computer networking" came up with the below link. It may be overwhelming for a introduction book I feel. http://intronetworks.cs.luc.edu/
  13. Is this connected to your computer or with a phone/tablet? Can you give me a step by step to recreating your issue and I will test it with my device? Thanks.
  14. Enclosure Options YARD Stick One ships without an enclosure. It is designed to fit 3A-260906U from New Age Enclosures, but you will need to drill a hole for the SMA connector. Another good option to protect YARD Stick One is 5/8" clear heat shrink tubing. via: https://github.com/greatscottgadgets/yardstick/wiki/YARD-Stick-One#enclosure-options http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/New-Age-Enclosures/P3A-260906U/?qs=%2fha2pyFadug%2f8b%252b28cIUBaW%2fCQCudQSc9D%2flOX0aIUKFC%2flMIdLTsQ%3d%3d You can use a drill/file for the hole to fit the antenna. The only thing I forgot when I did mine was to drill a tiny hole about where the LED was to have some visuals. I goofed and ordered the white one, but here it is: https://twitter.com/Mr_Protocol/status/674393265781792768
  15. Can you verify what firmware version that is installed? You can check under the "Advanced" option of the Dashboard.
  16. Have you tested that tethering is working? If so, in what ways? I'm not sure if there are package updates per version of nethunter. I do not have experience with it.
  17. Allow me. If you read the sentence he actually said: I have bolded a very important prepositional phrase. On the latest Android firmware for the device, there is no tethering support. If you chose to use an older kernel/bulid that includes tethering, by all means you can. This is not a reflection of the App performance, or the ability to use the device by connecting to the management interface over WiFi or by other means (laptop, etc.).
  18. Be careful with the above link, that board is the 64 MB version and may not work well or at all with the Mark 4 firmware. If you already have the firmware, you will have to follow the flashing procedure for that hardware. It would be the same to flash it back to Reaver firmware. As long as it's not the 64 MB one, it should work fine. It's been a while and I can't remember if they used the 32 or 64 MB one for Reaver Pro. If I'm not mistaken, you need to use a tool similar to this: http://download.berlin.freifunk.net/sven-ola/area51/ Clean flash instructions if you really screw things up :P
  19. It's an iPhone 5C that has been factory wiped. Other than iCloud data or backups made to the computer, there is no way to recover information. Closed.
  20. Give this a read through: http://pentestwithhak5.com/ They are a lot of fun and are not the standard sit in a class and mimic training. It gets you out of a chair, critically thinking, and working as a team to accomplish goals.
  21. https://www.youtube.com/user/Hak5Darren/videos 6 Hours ago, 5 days ago, 1 week ago, 1 week ago, etc.
  22. Karma is on the pineapple by default. I'm not sure what you mean by install this option in infusions. It should be in one of the main tiles when you first login to the UI.
  23. The trick is to buy a big enough warehouse to fly indoors without registration ;)
  24. That is odd, give it a day or so and see if it still happens. If it does, let me know and I'll see if I can look into it further.
