I am an absolute hak noob and would like someone to point me inthe right direction..... what kit/software do I need... Is there a basic checklist of tasks.... what do I need to do to prevent getting caught.... where can I find some 'starter' exploits to get me into the groove... I can probably guess that most of the stuff is here somewhere, but the site is so vast it would take me ages to go through it and digest all the info. Also, in the past I have spent to much wasted time learning stuff that got 'superceded' within a short time of me getting to implement anything. I have literally zero programming experience, but have been developing websites with some PHP and other additional scripts (but not super techie stuff, just the basics). My objectives are not malicious, just want to see if I can get some free access to additional resources or info/data, to help me to master the internet. MethPervert Posted May 5, 2011 Share Posted May 5, 2011 Hi, don't really see the point in telling you my favourite band, it's Pink Floyd, or my age, mid 20's, where i am from, scotland, so i'll just forgo that for now and say that i have watched some of the shows for a little over a year now, and for what it is, it is the best channel of its kind on youtube, fun to watch with interesting ideas. I have an interest in hardware hacking, in particular embedded systems, although still a novice. I have some basic programming experience and have been Linux for about 2 years now; currently running Arch. At some point in the near future, when i get time, i hope to compile my own kernel; i'll just add that to my 'to do list.' Just want to give my support to Darren and say that i enjoy trolling on your videos >:D, i appreciate the show really though and that snubs, you are a lovely lady; i don't use that word 'lovely' on just about anybody you know!
