Uncle Toxie Posted November 22, 2006 Posted November 22, 2006 I'm getting old so I get 5 to 6 on average now. Before I found out I had sleep apnea I was lucky to get 2 full hours, it sucked. Quote
Uncle Toxie Posted November 22, 2006 Posted November 22, 2006 Too much, I hate sleeping. I just found this on Slashdot and thought of you Sparda; No sleep needed drug Enjoy your new sleepless life my friend. :) Quote

Quote
moonlit Posted November 26, 2006 Posted November 26, 2006 probably about 6 or 7 hours a day... I have a sleep debt though so I could really do with a month or so of sleeping for 8, 9 or more hours a day but that's never gonna happen... which timezone I sleep in though is another matter entirely Quote
Arsenic Posted November 26, 2006 Posted November 26, 2006 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polyphasic_sleep I heard about this a couple years ago, and wanted to do it, but I don't think I could pull off 20 minute naps every four hours at work... But it doesn't get any better than getting all the sleep you need with only 2-5 hours of sleep a day. Quote
chayak Posted November 26, 2006 Posted November 26, 2006 Not enough but thats what coffee is for. Quote
VaKo Posted November 26, 2006 Posted November 26, 2006 Yeah, but eventually you reach the point of "to much coffee"... a place I thought was a myth, but is actually a hellish reality that comes with a free coffee machine at work. Quote
coffeejunk Posted November 26, 2006 Posted November 26, 2006 hm in gerneral between 5 and 6 hours.. that's enough to be something like awake in school.. and btw i think you are able to read my nickname..;) Quote
