  1. go to this post and at the bottom I have attached a .zip with a driver and instruction on how to. This has worked for me on 10.11.4, 11.5, and 11.6 so far. Like Foxtrot said, Apple makes it difficult to get it working and come sept when they release the new OS file system they have created, I might not work anymore. Let me know if this helps.
  2. is your firewall enabled? that will cause errors.
  3. Ive always wanted a source of internet when connected to the pineapple. I have also never tried to connect to the managment AP to control it because of that but know that I think about it I really wouldnt need a source of internet for everything.
  4. go the last post by me and download the zip and follow the instructions.
  5. They are releasing 1.2.0 firmware within the next couple of days after they get back from Defcon. That might fix the problem you are having.
  6. If you have tethering activated on your mobile device it will not let you use wifi because the wifi radio that is connecting to wifi is also the hotspot so only one will work at a time. The USB tethering on the other hand will allow you to use wifi (im pretty sure dont quote me on that). I have yet to get the Nethunter Pineapple section to work but also havent messed with it much. Best way to get longer life while usb tethering is to make sure your phone is fully charged and dont run anything you dont have to. So dont play pokemon go and try to use the pineapple at the same time. Tethering is also dependent on your carrier, my carrier does not allow it so im kinda SOL unless I modify my build.prop, but most will allow Tethering.
  7. if you want to control the Pineapple with full functionality from your tablet, you need to make a hotspot on the tablet and use wlan2 (usb wifi dongle) and have the nano connect to the tablets hotspot so that you can use the Pineapple to its fullest. When connecting to wlan1 from the tablet you disable PineAP because PineAP is dependent on both radios to function properly with everything on.
  8. After some testing and trial and error I have realized that android 6.0.1 on my nexus 6p always makes me change from USB charging to USB file transfer when plugging it into a PC so the USB save option is a no go but I will find a work around for that. Maybe just save to the target pc and then transfer manual. Not ideal but without the real Rubber Ducky I cant be to picky. Hell i'm just happy to get to play around with it and see how it works and write my own ducky scripts.
  9. How would I go about finding the name of the USB save device for the Kali Nethunter Ducky Toolkit? Im using a Nexus 6P. Sry If this is a noob question. Still trying to figure out how this works so I can start making Ducky Scripts for OSX.
  10. Awesome on the Firmware, im really excited for that. Thank you about the talk.... NOOOOOOOOOOO lol
  11. Any word on the announcement from the video that was posted or the rumor of an update around the time of Defcon? I really want to see Darren and Seb's talk at Defcon this year. Im to impatient to wait for Defcon to post the video.
  12. A couple people have said they were but nothing has come out of that yet.
  13. can you give more info on what OS your using and how your connecting
  14. I just built it from github for angler and installed. I planned on wiping anyways but so far it actually works very well for not being fully supported, so I didn't wipe. I haven't tried usb wifi or sdr because I don't have the usb-c to female usb-a or b whatever it is. but still fun to play with. Haven't had any functionally problems with any apps that I already had on it.
  15. Has anybody install Kali Nethunter on there Nexus6p yet? I just built the install today and installed, wondering if anybody else has messed with it for Angler kernel?

    Noob Setup

What I ended up doing was installing kali linux on my mac then rEFInd bootloader to boot to either OS and that is initially how I setup my nano. I did end up getting ICS to work on OSX. Download the zip and extract. Follow the "how to ICS" instructions. I just kind of through this together so if you have any questions let me know. macNpineapple.zip
  17. I had the same problem with LinuxMint. The firewall is a killer when using the Pineapple.
  18. Yea same here, bigger cities with riverfront areas are awesome. Haven't had much luck with my local parks.
  19. Youtube, Ive use steghide in kali to hide messages in images but I don't know how to make an executable in an image. Also i bet there is something on ExpoitDB that you could use to help depending on the OS.
  20. Seb explained these are still in development stage so while it has 5ghz support, it is still being finalized for a stable release. Also in other post Seb has talked about a big update for both Tetra and Nano around the time of Defcon which is less than a month away.
  21. couldnt you just use regular usb and put a funny picture on it with some code hidden in it? They open the pic and the code executes.
  22. you could save many different ones and comment out the ones not in use, just a little bit of work or you can just change the one config file and edit the ssid and psk and save and be done. all depends on what your doing. I always set mine up at home before I leave. Sometimes wlan2 is connect to my home wifi and other times I connect it to my phoneAP.
  23. I use the stubby rt5370 from the hakstore and an alfa awus036neh which is also in the hakshop and is also rt3570. They work great. Make sure that you are connecting to 2.4ghz. I don't know what wifi cards work with 5ghz on the Pineapple.
  24. You will have to enter it manually using either ssh or cabinet module /etc/config/wireless . You can either connect to another wireless ap to have the pineapple setup wlan 2 info for you and just change the ssid and password or enter it all manually in the config file.
  25. On the ssid not clearing get the cabinet module or ssh in and check the /etc/pineapple/ssid_file and see if they are being removed from that if not, clear the doc and power off and then on the device and see if they are still there when you power back up.
