I kinda like how windoze is right now, if it was open source people would have focused on making it better and linux wouldn't be where it is now. i dual boot but have been using windows a lot more lately. like a lot of people here have said windows is what you need to know if you want an IT related job. its unfortunate but makes you feel better when you fix problems for people that you wont get at home on your non windows PC.

what has been happening in the states right now more than likely would have been stopped anywhere else in the world, watch TV or internet and you see European,Asian Spanish countries that riot for their right and put themselves on the line for what they believe. what do Americans and Canadians do. we write a fucking blog and hope someone else stands up for us, hopefully the democratic party will turn the USA around for the better. one good thing about the last 8 years for the USA is that now they are aware that all their guns and ships and army is not good enough to break people down and pillage foreign countries. sounds harsh and i feel sorry for all the American soldiers in Iraq but the country had this coming to them.

They were giving some Apple Touch at work so i entered the contest only so i can turn around and sell it on eBay or more likely Craigslist fuck eBay.

troubleshooting slow internet problems with people brings back bad and frustrating memories. here are some questions that came to mind that might help out. 1. you said its a new computer with vista right, how much memory do you have? i ask because of this 2.have you tried direct to the modem? 3.can you access your router and see if anything has changed 4. would you be able to reset the router? 5.try a live cd and see how the browsers do in that situation. hope this helps.

I haven't met any hostile americans yet and i live like 1 hour from the border so we go back and forth alot. cheaper electronics and canadian dollar is pretty much at par with the americans right now( doesn't make the canadian dollar sound to good ) so thats alright and yah we get healthcare and they don't. if i was american i would be jealous of that hahaha.

Want snow? go to the east coast to Toronto or Montreal. Want rain ( alot of rain and very little snow) go to the west coast like vancouver. I lived in alberta for a long time and if you like american texas style of people and living thats your place. Toronto probably is the best for IT as its the biggest city in canada but Vancouver,montreal and calgary are not far behind.

I'm playing assassins creed on the PC right now and Kill zone for PS2, I don't usually play games when they first come out. Manhunt 2 is the only one i have played right when it came out and assassins creed makes murder/suicide so easy.

new 9 inch screen on the asus eeepc will be pretty cool if they can keep the price down, if im going to spend 500+ on a laptop i will spend a bit more and get a full size laptop. IBM T series notebook is something i'm looking to get right now.

I favor freedom, dual boot at the moment gives me what i need.

Ok I know I don't come here to much but here goes. the show was cool when the guys were going to coffee shops and showing what can be done and messing with peoples stuff, now they got a set and want to be a real show and mainstream and since when is “hacking” mainstream. Drink beer, smoke weed and mess around with your friends, sounds like fun to me. The last few episodes I haven't watched in full yet, will get to it eventually. The forums themselves are kind of boring now because whenever I come here there is no new threads to read and laugh at how people are being made fun off. yes I know why don't i start a thread, maybe i don't want to get called a noob or maybe if I have a question about say Ubuntu I will go to Ubuntu forums, questions on Samba I will hit samba forums. What I think would be cool is if we could post as guest which would give people more courage to answer questions even if they are wrong. Probably thinking I don't make any sense but yah that’s my 2 cents.

i like getting clothes, i needed a new coat and thats what i got. did you try asking for video games? i hated when my parents used to buy me games for Nintendo at the time, it would always end up being some stupid sport game that the jock at the store told them i would like.

Good enough to keep the cops out. this guy was lucky to have PGP, i bet most guys or girls that look at shit pictures like those would have to be really good with a computer. you would be dumb not to know how to hide it and take it to the airport. 500GB for me this season. I don't have a favorite but the best 3 i will never forget are Tool, Smashing Pumpkins and Wintersleep. Wintersleep i'm getting to go see for the 5th time next month. Hopefully i will get to add Radiohead to my list, they are supose to tour north america next year.
