programertobe
i would buy the DVD and download the torrent. just tell me where :)
W4RP3D
I'm kinda worried that, just like with the T-Shirts, the shipping fees will turn me off from getting one of these. This might be a way to reduce that amount. Yer same here, i would buy one if the postage wasnt way over the top. Just an idea but you could put a few on ebay.co.uk then people in the uk can buy them with out paying the huge postage cost. Also you could sign them therefore could charge a bit more. VilleValoV
IF they Shipped just the DVD with maybe a Paper Front or whatnot, it would cut down severly on the shipping price. Ither way, im buying one

Darren Kitchen
this is the free one. now I've just got to find some way to get this thing out the door. I mean, my poor little 2mbit up connection isnt going to do squat seeding it. I'm transferring it to multiple servers on OC3 connections tonight. VaKo
The season 1 DVD is going to be all of season 1, on a disc, with some extras like "the making of hak.5". Hopefully at full pal/NTSC resolution as well. This DVD is more The Best Of Hak.5 with some extra stuff i think.
cooper
this is the free one. now I've just got to find some way to get this thing out the door. I mean, my poor little 2mbit up connection isnt going to do squat seeding it. I'm transferring it to multiple servers on OC3 connections tonight. I'd be happy to make you an account on my FTP so you can upload it there. I've got a 10 MBit downlink so it should go fairly quickly. It'll add another 1 mbit to the seeding. :) And if not, well, I'll just wait for the torrent and take it from there.

Matir
I can't wait! Once Hak.5: Best of Season One is up, I'll be seeding for a couple of weeks, so I hope that'll help a bit. I'll also be distributing physical DVDs to all my friends for their enjoyment. I also look forward to Hak.5: The Season One Collection. Out of curiousity, what tools were used in authoring? Darren Kitchen
Sony Vegas 6.0 and Sony DVD Architect Studio 3.
Matir
Sony Vegas 6.0 and Sony DVD Architect Studio 3.0 Nice, but definitely not cheap tools. I'm hoping open source DVD authoring tools will soon reach a 'usable' state.
