Its a login using cpanel which is a program that allows administration of a website and runs on Redhat CentOS FreeBSD and theres a beta for windowz 08. The Admin of the site thats using the cPanel can manage pgpkeys, mail, ftp accounts.... umm anyhoo there was like a big story about 10 000 cpanel accounts being hacked coz of some vaulnrblty they found but my guess is its patched up.
