Major update, reinstalled arch and as a result completely redid my desktop :3 {clean} {dirty-ish}

The only downside I have found with any distrobution of linux that I've tried is that WINE still sucks. Bad. That takes away basically any gaming you could possibly want to do, which makes me sad T_T

I just use WPA2 and a 30+ char password. If anyone really wants in bad enough to bruteforce that, I'll let them stay on my network.

I know that if you "run" (double-click or whatever) an EXE on a samba server, it actually runs on your PC. I've never looked into how exactly Windows goes about doing this, but I'm guessing their setup was something similar to this.

Hey everyone. I was wondering who knows of the cheapest VoIP provider for incoming and outcoming calls. I'll be running the PBX system at my house so I just need the SIP gateway. So who knows where to get the cheapest?

You're asking for someone or a corporation to give away free money, that simply doesn't happen. And honestly, it's like $8/yr, really inexpensive.

On XP I patch UXTheme so I can use custom .msstyles and I also use Litestep instead of explorer for destkop management. On linux I just use Openbox, Conky, and Tint which are all highly skinnable in themselves.
