  1. I'm assuming that years later, the firmware has been patched.
  2. The issue is that it requires NodeJS. NodeJS required FPU or FPU emulation in the kernel, and is a rather large binary. Sadly, this won't happen anytime soon.
  3. Ice Weasle is weird sometimes, but should work fine with the WiFi Pineapple.
  4. It's $150 + shipping. No hidden fees from us. Saying that, you may pay import tax on devices (blame your government) or import handling fees (blame the carrier). It's not good, but I just wanted to clarify that we do not have hidden fees.
  5. I am assuming he is looking for a WiFi Pineapple TETRA. We should have used a different name... :)
  6. It's up to module developers if they want to host their code publicly or not. Saying that, you can always download a module on the pineapple and take a closer look. Some developers will post github links in their forum threads.
  7. That really doesn't sound like a legit security test, but rather you wanting to mess with someone. That's not really what we do here.
  8. Does your router block pings to lanturtle.com? We use that to tell if the Turtle has internet. I have seen a few people mention here that their home routers blocked ICMP packets.
  9. Micke, I uploaded the JSON you gave us to my WiFi Pineapple, and forced Recon mode to load it. It did so without issues. As pinesniffer generates the correct file, and the webinterface displays the file correctly, I simply do not know what is wrong on your end. Do you have any plugins running in the browser? If so, can you try with all of them disabled? Can you try firefox? I have attached a screenshot of your loaded file.
  10. Your only option is to factory reset the unit.
  11. We don't support Internet Explorer at all. Than you for providing the logs, they are very helpful! I'll get this issue fixed ASAP.
  12. It would be great to get our hands on the recon-* file. To make sure it is actually the problem though, I'd like you to do a couple more things: Remove all recon-* files (or reboot the WiFi Pineapple) Run recon If recon gets stuck at 100%, check your browsers JS console for any errors. If there are please attach them here (imgur is the best way) If recon gets stuck at 100%, download / copy your recon-* file, and throw it into a pastebin and give us the link With that information, we should be able to find the issue asap.
  13. We do not filter by product category.. I can forward your query to our shop though.
  14. That's odd, you should be able to. We ship to Australia.
  15. Yes, you can set up MAC address filters. The behavior and setup depends on a few different factors. Let me reiterate: The WiFi Pineapple is not designed to be a personal hotspot out of the box. While you can do what you are asking, it requires manual configuration. This depends on driver support. In theory, you can get an adapter that has both 2.4 and 5GHz. Atheros is your best bet here.
  16. Please remember that the WiFi Pineapple NANO is not built to be a WiFi Repeater. Depending on how you share internet to the Pineapple, you will get slowdowns - especially if tunneling 8-10 connections through a VPN. The advantage the TETRA has here, is that it can join an AP on 2.4 GHz, and broadcast a 5GHz network (or vice versa), therefore getting very decent bandwidth.
  17. Nice work! Are you going to submit the module to the WiFi Pineapple Module repository?
  18. If you are using autossh, you probably don't want to be using -p 22, but -p 2222 (depending on your config). The reason why it says invalid password, is because you are now simply SSHing into the DO box from within the DO box (localhost SSH on port 22).
  19. For themes, @Foxtrot is your man.
  20. /etc/pineapple/ you'll see it there.
  21. That's not completely correct. The WiFi Pineapple runs PineAP, and many other custom tools which are unique to it. Saying that, you can read all about it on https://wifipineapple.com .
  22. How big was the zip file? Please keep in mind that the WiFi Pineapple onyl has ~1.2MB of free space after a flash. You might need to put all the files on the SD card and symlink them. If you are now stuck, you might need to relfash because you have no space left on the device (not even enough to remove the files). Just a hunch, it could be something else.
