With SP2 i have found it common for Lsass to crash and fale when attempting an attack on it, If lsass fails whilst in the attack, then the LM's will not be withdrawed from it. Please note this is not a problem with Switchblade though, it is more to do with PwDump, it has issues ^_^ ive found that 'Cain' is a lot less likely to crash the Lsass (which is odd when early cain was based on PwDump).

hmm what is required to run it? ive got a Dedicated server doing not much atm, if its not hard to set up (or some one is willing to set it up) im happy to host it, or untill u can find an alternative.

most Wlan devices wont work with backtrack, this is caused by Linux in general not really having a wide range of drivers for them. If u are new to linux, and want your Wlan to work, most times it is suggested to go with Ubunto, since it is Driver friendly.

If ur outta bandwidth then yea it can be fun, or if u wanna just over all steal ppls connections then it is, also alows you to hack into ppls homes easyer, pretty much puts ur PC on there network so... Wardriving is the start to most random physical attacks.

hmm if its only damage, then u can install over, though if the Virus / Spyware are still intact, well yea reinfection. Though only problem with install over is if there running SP2 (or 1 for that matter :P) then u will need to use a XPSP2 disk or a XP Slipstream, though in the past i have had troubs with these not correctly re-installing the visual styles :S

from what ive learnt Moonlit is correct all the way, suposavly 'Memorex' have found it to be cheaper to just mass produce U3 tech, it is done this way so that 1 machine can make all flash drives, the difference is the storage chips, when they are being created they are either flashed with U3 image or a Non-U3 image, simply the Non-U3 sells for less, and is normaly a lower Capacity, the found one here being 32 meg (i think). Though it seems not all Memorex flash drives units are produced in the same factory so only set models are U3 fakes.
