  1. It works but we mainly support the awus036NHA.
  2. I am guessing you want a RG174 cable or something of that sort. Google for GSM extension cable and you will get plenty of hits.
  3. We are actually dropping on boot support for the awus036H - at least for now. Version 2.8.1 will be out shortly and include lots of fixes for current wireless issues but the on boot awus036H issue has not been fixed yet.
  4. KiatoG, I love that. So simple, neat and compact. I'm guessing you could even fit a second pineapple and tango them up?
  5. I was just messing about with categories. As Infusions wasn't really categorized I decided to give it a shot and see how it looks. Can then be applied to other sections. In answer to this topic, I find it rather pointless. We could have a dedicated guides section - sure. But we would rather have people start using the wiki for this kind of stuff. The forum is for discussion etc. If you want to put a guide / tutorial / other cool stuff up, please do so on the Wiki. We want to make the wiki a much more popular and streamlined place. Finally, categorizing everything out there.. well, there isn't much of an upside for users and the mods have a lot more work on their hands. Actually, we plan on removing the bugs / suggestions forum and making it link to our bugs / suggestions website. This will be done once it has a public facing side and doesn't require an account.
  6. Rubby ducky doesn't have a questions subforum. They have a suggestion / bug sub forum just as we have.
  7. We tend not to give ETAs. I'm guessing by the end of the week though.
  8. The issue you are facing is due to a bug I the firmware. We are currently testing a fix in our beta program if you re interested. It has been confirmed working. Best regards, Sebkinne
  9. The current beta seems promising. If all goes well the release of a fix will be by the end of the week.
  10. This issue is fixed in the current beta. A firmware fixing these issues will be released relatively shortly!
  11. Pineapple needs to be plugged in when you run wp4.sh
  12. How odd. Technically you aren't able to get error 7 as it was introduced in PHP5. We run PHP4. Anyway, doesn't matter: Simply reboot your pineapple, scp the upgrade.bin to your /tmp/ directory. Then run the "md5sum /tmp/upgrade.bin" command and make sure the md5 sums match. If they do, execute: sysupgrade -n /tmp/upgrade.bin That will do the trick! Sebkinne
  13. You... you are on WHAT firmware?! And yes, Coleman is awesome. For anyone in this thread: I believe that the Karma woes are over - the currently running beta seems to be saying so anyway. If you want to try it out, head to http://wifipineapple.com/?portal !
  14. This makes me sad, I would have loved to know what the issue was. Oh well. Next time ;) But no, good! Next stage of beta will come soon too, for anyone interested!
  15. And that is the reason we have it enabled ;) No, in all seriousness, the watchdog is there to protect the system - while it may help in some cases, turning it off isn't a good idea.
  16. I hope you saved the boot log before reflashing? But no, I'm stoked you have it back up and running now!
  17. No issues on all of my devices.
  18. Your notes disappeared when -2 was released - I restored that for you. Thanks for the detail you have gone into! Either way, what did you do between the flash and the reboot? Thanks for your help!
  19. I'm sorry to hear that, that sucks. When did it happen? How did it happen? What steps did you take after flashing it? In order if you can. Did it happen during flashing? How did you flash? We need to find out if it was something in the firmware or something you did - if the latter, how we can prevent / fix / recover from it. Sadly, if you boot up the device and no WPS is blinking, something is quite wrong. Before you re-flash it over serial, please do try booting it with serial connected as it will show the boot log. Knowing the issue would be awesome. Also, it is easier for us to keep track of beta issues if you put this kind of stuff in your report!
  20. Hey everyone, It's time for another round of beta testing again! I'm sorry if I disappoint anyone by saying that this is NOT 3.0 beta or anything related to the new UI. This is the beta for the final firmware to be released before the 3.0 BETAs can start. There are a couple of serious issues with the current 2.8 firmware that we want to get rid of ASAP so we need you! We think we have made significant progress and that is to be tested now. If you are interested in joining or knowing more about the beta and the process involved, head over to our user portal. You will need to create an account and sign up for the beta. Signing up just means you agree to the conditions we put up, so it is instant. This beta also works slightly different to how it used to work. Any feedback will need to be left in the beta testing center. It makes it easier for us to collect, sort and respond to individually. It also allows us to notify you in the future of upcoming beta tests etc (something you can - of course - turn off). We are looking forward to your feedback!
  21. Remember, if you set a custom DNS to be used on your device dnsspoof will not work.
  22. You don't give enough details. Please give us details such as what OS you are using, what you have done, etc.
  23. Simple. Don't use it for any illegal purposes. Get permission to use it before you do and you will be okay.
