Upgrade the BIOS and burn at a slower speed. Your drive may not be new/good enough to read the CD without it being burnt at a slower speed. I had this problem before with an old desktop... The CD booted on my laptop but not the desktop so I burnt it at a lower speed and it booted fine.

It's most likely (99%) a proxy they use to monitor and control how much pr0n everybody could download haha
