armadaender
Couple of days ago, he was probably board/drunk, and thought he would come and laugh at us. Either that or he lost a bet to Darren and so Darren made him post a bit more ;) Defiantly the bet scenario. :D
Sparda
Darren: How much beer do you think you can drink? Wess: Urrrm... alot? Darren: Bet you can't drink this keg! Wess: It's on! Wess wakes up 2 days later in his room, the only thing in there is his computer and a note saying "Get more then a 100 non-spam posts on the forums and we will let you out." Wess: "I hate you Darren!" Wess sits at his computer for the next three days trying to come up with some decent posts :D

Dankiswess
I'm in a climate controled enviroment. I get paid to stare at a 24" widescreen LCD monitor running 1920x1200, I have a highly adjustable aeron chair. I don't have to worry about getting buried alive or being crushed by heavy equipment. I'd say it's a slight improvement....

cooper
I don't have to worry about getting buried alive or being crushed by heavy equipment. I'd say it's a slight improvement....Guess you haven't yet encountered the manager that likes to print out *EVERYTHING* because 'it reads easier that way' or some silly shit like that. They'll bury you in their paperwork. Also, those paper cuts can be nasty, so you might still want to keep an eye out. What type of work are you actually doing there? I'm sure the screen-watching isn't all they're hoping to gain from you. And most importantly, did you put Hak.5 on your resume when you applied with them? Dankiswess
I'm a sys admin. They also have me doing some small handy man work around here too. I'm probably just going to be a jack of all trades in more way than one. Of course I put Hak5 on the resume!
armadaender
I can already picture Wess staring at the walls of his cubicle planning the modding of every aspect of his work enviroment. I hope they don't allow you to have a Dremmel nor soldering iron in there.

Sparda
If I had my tools here, I'd have the coolest desk/office EVER! LED's on EVERYTHING! and a keyboard set in to the desk?! That would be awsome!

Dankiswess
instead of having a keyboard in the desk, I'd much rather have an entire touch screen as my desk surface and the Star Trek interface, now THAT would be freaking cool!
Sparda
Absalutly :D Too bad stuff like that costs alot of money, a chaper alternative would be to set a touch screen monitor into the table, but that wouldn;t be quite the same...
