Splicer
This is awesome! I've just been running nmap from my netbook that the Pineapple is running through but this will eliminate that and make it easy to do some quick scans. Great job! Whistle Master
First version is out :-) For the moment, you have to manually install nmap to the usb storage before running the module.

webdirector
Hello Can you please post exact installtion instructions ? Thanks
Vulture
WM, Not sure if anyone else is running into this, but I found that you must "chmod u+x /www/pineapples/modules/nmap/nmap.sh" in order for it to execute. Once the permissions are set, you don't need to ever set them again. May want to add this into your init section to set the permissions on the file. Using it now, so far I really love the saved scans, wondering if you would consider adding naming functionality for the scans?
Whistle Master
Hello Can you please post exact installtion instructions ? Thanks The module is available directly from your pineapple interface, in the modules menu. Nmap installation is available on the wiki. I will push a 1.1 fix version this evening to Seb :) I will also have a look to add the naming functionality ;)
genghis_tron
So I manually installed NMAP to my USB drive and also downloaded the module but when it scans it is not picking up any hosts. I for sure have devices connected to the pineapple but regardless of what scan I run it picks up nothing. What am I missing?

WatskeBart
First of all, great work on the modules system :) I got some errors while loading the infusions list. And a nmap install error All the other modules install just fine. Original modules.php also gives errors. P.S. Is it possible to edit the modules.php so that the table alignment for the file sizes will be on the right side, it will look better IMHO ;)
Whistle Master
And a nmap install error I also noticed the problem. I sent a PM to Seb. P.S. WatskeBart
WM i'm experiencing a problem with the output tab. When i perform a scan the only info i see in the output tab is: Scan is running... But in the history tab there is a record. When i select that record it will show the proper output. (omitted some details here) Am i doing something wrong here? Whistle Master
no, you are doing right. The scan results should be displayed at the end of the scan. Let me have a look to it and come back to you. EDIT: Ok, I found the issue. I will send an update to Seb. Thanks to point it out ;) Edited April 25, 2012 by Whistle Master
