  1. Little more info would be helpful if possible: - Have you tried with a different SD card? Did you format the SD card using the pineapple GUI on the Advanced page? What modules do you experience this with?
  2. DD-WRT is actully Openwrt based also, DD-WRT more of a custom build for a wide range of routers. Beta v3.0 build https://www.dd-wrt.com/site/support/other-downloads There was a dev split from OpenWRT and they formed LEDE, but after some time it looks like they worked out the issues and are re-merging https://lede-project.org/ In my eyes, OpenWRT/LEDE is the OS and DD-WRT/TOMATO roms are custom "builds" for specific routers.
  3. Screen is run on the pineapple. On your Nexus 5 you just need an android ssh terminal app. I googled a guide for you https://research.computing.yale.edu/support/hpc/user-guide/preserve-session-screen There are probably better ones if you look for yourself.

  5. Yes, when you did the initial configuration you set up a management wifi network with password. Connect to this network and browse to http://172.16.42.1:1471 as uaual.
  6. Maybe script the openVPN commands, and look into using screen to drop and resume closed/dropped ssh sessions.
  7. good to know, i expect i will end up doing a similar thing at some point :)
  8. Nope there is no backup included in the script https://github.com/kbeflo/pineapple-themes/blob/master/dark/install-dark.sh @kbeflo maybe a backup might be a nice addition in the future. But to be fair a re flash isn't so bad. Would be awesome if there was an official theme module, but i think the priorities for the moment are functionality not custom aesthetics.
  9. Oh man :) sorry i thought you saw the post before your original one. its designed for the previous firmware version and bones was asking for a refresh for FW 2.0+ I dont suppose you backed up your original files did you? if so you should be able to replace them and all will be good again :) if not its a reflash for you :(
  10. As always black mirror gets you thinking. Also watched first 2 episodes. The 2nd made more of an impact on me than the first though, Probably as im a fairly new parent. Love this series so far.
  11. something something... is burning down, burning down... :D
  12. In Kali try running tail -f /var/log/{messages,kernel,dmesg,syslog} then plug it in, maybe you see some more clues after
  13. something like this with a sheet/curtain maybe? http://a.co/fWnWsqq
  14. Interesting. Can you navigate to /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/ directory and find the connection you want. Open the network using sudo nano MyNetwork. Once you have the file open, look for the [ipv4] section, and add never-default=true, like so: [ipv4] dns-search= method=auto never-default=true Probably need to restart network-manager
  15. Yeah to do this there is a checkbox. This is on Kali but there is a similar box on ubuntu IIRC.
  16. I recently started to look with the intention to learn a little, I haven't done anything yet though. I found some interesting resources/tools that may help with MIPS from x86 : - https://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/howto/build https://github.com/airplug/airplug/wiki/Cross-compiling-for-OpenWRT http://www.kegel.com/crosstool/ & https://buildroot.org/
  17. Woah that's kinda cool, I never looked for that. But now i will :) thanks for sharing
  18. I'm not 100% sure but that's what i did. I used the 5.8 on my tetra and 2.4 on a 2.4 plugged in the USB port.
  19. I can only guess but maybe your delivery address is different to the payment method address? If not I'm not sure why, I'm sorry I cant help any more. I have always used PayPal and had no problems so far.
  20. Are you buying from a country with a US trade embargo on it? https://www.treasury.gov/resource-center/sanctions/Programs/Pages/Programs.aspx
