  1. Just making sure that you have the SD card inserted. If you did, please follow the "unbricking a bricked WiFi Pineapple MKV" instructions here: https://wifipineapple.com/?flashing That uses a different DIP switch combination which works even if the operating system has failed. If not, please try with the SD card inserted. Best regards, Sebkinne
  2. If you blacklist any of your devices, they will not only NOT be Karma'd, but they will also not be able to join the WiFi Pineapple MKV's AP. Best Regards, Sebkinne
  3. For the timestamps, try out the beta, it includes those. In regards to the amount of macs in the list, if this issue is still present in the beta, please report it there! Best regards, Sebkinne
  4. Hey everyone, It looks like a lot of you (50) have downloaded the current 1.3.0-beta-1 firmware. I'd like to reiterate that anyone that has downloaded it should leaves a short feedback for us, as it really helps iron out all the bugs. In regards to mw3demo's question, the fixes we applied at not in regards to bug #124, sorry. In regards to tone's statement, we too are interested in stability. That is precisely we are doing the beta and not just releasing this version. We want to have a stable base, which I think we have achieved. System infusions however will keep being updated as they meet the demand of the userbase. Bugs need to be fixed and system infusions need to be adjusted to any changes. This is also why we separated the base firmware / UI framework from the system components (the system infusions). It means that we can add new features on the fly without affecting the base of the firmware. Anyway, I hope that I see some more beta feedback soon! :) Best Regards, Sebkinne
  5. Yeah, we just fixed this issue and it will be in the next beta - sorry about that. For a quick fix, simple execute the following: sed -i '10 i sleep 3' /etc/init.d/network && reboot That will fix your problem. Best Regards, Sebkinne
  6. Sadly not. We just don't have enough ram for it. Best regards, Sebkinne
  7. Hey everyone, We have just completed work on our new WiFi Pineapple MKV firmware 1.3.0! Because previous beta testing rounds have gone so well, we are putting 1.3.0 up for the test. We want to encourage anyone that wants to help make the WiFi Pineapple MKV even better to take a look and register for the beta at https://wifipineapple.com/beta. All feedback is appreciated! Best Regards, Sebkinne
  8. The karma in the OpenWRT repositories is not what we use. The original Karma (the one in the repositories) was written by Dino, but is long outdated. We are using a special patched version of hostapd to do the magic for us. I suggest you flash your WiFi Pineapple MKV to the 1.2.0 firmware and try again using the the default karma. Best Regards, Sebkinne
  9. Hey there, First of all, there is no need to manually download the .ipk (for the wrong kernel version too) and try to install that. You could have just done this: opkg update opkg install kmod-usb-net-ipheth Before you do this however, make sure you have done an "opkg remove kmod-usb-net-ipheth" and verified that the module has been removed from your system. That should be enough to get the module installed. Currently, we do not officially support iOS tethering. Should you be successful in your endeavor, please let us know what you had to do in this thread. Maybe we'll include it in the next firmware. Best Regards, Sebkinne
  10. That is not the correct power supply. The correct one has 12.6V OUT at 1A. Once you use the correct charger, your pineapple juice will charge in around 15h. Best Regards, Sebkinne
  11. That's for the SSH server running on your machine. You don't need that. Just "ssh user@host" will do.
  12. You need to attach screen to de-attached sessions. See the manual to learn how to use screen. But this is all going off topic. This thread is about the WPS infusion. If you are having issues with it, Whistle Master will surely fix it when he has the time to. If you have further questions not relating this infusion, just create a thread in the MKV section of the forums! Best Regards, Sebkinne
  13. You can install screen on the WiFi Pineapple MKV by using: opkg update && opkg install screen Best Regards, Sebkinne
  14. If you get a blinking blue light and even after a power cycle the issue does not go away, please follow our "Unbricking A Bricked WiFi Pineapple MKV" instructions on our website. That'll take care of the issue. Best Regards, Sebkinne
  15. Hi fstubbsjr, First of all, no need to double post, one is enough! :) While I personally cannot check your order for you (This is what Sara does), I can tell you that if you contacted the hakshop on a Saturday (29th), you will not get reply on the weekend, as we only operate from Mon-Fri. This also means that if you ordered a product, it'll not be processed until earliest Monday. We usually need about 24-48h for this. If you wrote us an email to shop@hak5.org, we should reply to it within 48 hours. If we do not, please email us again. Do keep in mind that the shop is in California so on Pacific time. That means it's 3PM there right now. The same goes for leaving us messages on our voicemail. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience this causes. We will get your issue sorted out ASAP. Best Regards, Sebkinne
  16. If there is an issue, Whistle Master will fix it soon, I'm sure. Best regards, Sebkinne
  17. You'll find that we do have a warning on the upgrade page that upgrading will wipe all user data (except anything on the SD card). Best regards, Sebkinne
  18. While this post isn't much on topic, I just wanted to confirm we are aware of the issue. It's in our accepted bugs and will hopefully be fixed soon. Best regards, Sebkinne
  19. I have just updated the bug report: Basically, my assumption is that the keys you generated are in the PEM format. They need to be in the DER format. See the bug report or this thread on the OpenWRT forums for more information. If this doesn't fix your issue, please re-open the bug report. Best Regards, Sebkinne
  20. Fix has been released - thanks! Can I also point you towards our bug tracker? Not only is it a great way to keep track of current bugs / suggestions, but also a way people can see what bugs we have fixed in the past! Best practice would be to create a report and if needed reference a forum thread inside said report. Best Regards, Sebkinne
  21. This is only necessary if your current SD card is formatted vFat. It is possible that the formatting process failed, so just try to re-format through the webinterface again. Best Regards, Sebkinne
  22. Thanks for the post, I'll see that it gets fixed ASAP. Best regards, Sebkinne
  23. Works great for me.. Can you use Chromium and open the JS console, then click the install link again? Let us know if you get any errors. Best Regards, Sebkinne
