Kerberos
I have a bunch of sticks of really old RAM. Like...really old. Can anyone think of any possible uses for them? Anything at all? They're Siemens HYB514400BJ-70 RAM sticks. Any ideas?

beakmyn
Post them on craigslist for $10.00 I got rid of a 486 laptop w/o a math coprocessor and STN monochrome display for $20.00. I created a very enthusiastic post about owning a piece of history.

miT
I sold a bunch of old memory on eBay. Sure i didn't make much, but it's almost guaranteed that someone needing some old hardware will find your auction.

MRGRIM
I looked at eBay, but the price of 512MB and 1GB sticks was SO low that I didn't think it was worth listing the bundles of 128MB and 256MB that I have. Currently they are just sat in a Crucial box on my shelf. I might have a little look on Google and see what some creative people have made with them.
