    Ssh Server

Hi Kayel, Try these ones http://www.cyberciti.biz/faq/ubuntu-linux-...-configuration/ https://help.ubuntu.com/6.06/ubuntu/serverg...ssh-server.html
  10. Hi community its me again, I will cut straight to the point. Has anyone experienced issues with sorting rainbow tables with rtsort.exe. It took me two days to generate a 1.5gb alpha numeric rainbow table and as soon as it finished pre-computing I went and sorted the table and then after tried cracking a LM hash with the following error "alpha_numeric.rt is not sorted", so I went and re-sorted the table and once again tried cracking the hash and to increase the level of frustration the same error appeared again "alpha_numeric.rt is not sorted". Was it something I did wrong, I have researched and read numerous websites and forums on how to generate rainbow tables. But I kept on getting the same error. So I am now generating another table to see if it was a mistake I made somewhere. This is the command I used to generate the table. C:\rainbow tables>rtgen.exe lm alpha_numeric 1 7 0 2500 9000000 0 To sort the table. C:\rainbow tables>rtsort.exe alpha_numeric.rt And to crack the hash C:\rainbow tables>rcrack.exe alpha_numeric.rt -h 856DCBD3859B7675AAD3B435B51404EE Thank you all, Infiltrator
  11. Ohh hell yeah, have faith.
  12. According to these articles you can extend the grace period, but to stop it from ever displaying again you would have to buy the licenses. http://www.mydigitallife.info/2008/06/08/h...-days-for-free/ http://support.microsoft.com/kb/948472 http://www.mydigitallife.info/2008/11/06/h...-7-to-120-days/ Hope this helps

    Ssh Server

The only port that needs to be opened at the gateway is the SSH server's port itself. If you can establish a SSH connection with putty to your ssh server than the port 8080 can be set to anything, it does not need to be opened at the gateway at all. The port 8080 is available for local use only I could change that to 443 and would still be able to configure my web client to get onto any internet web sites. I have also found these articles that could explain things a lot better than I can. http://www.dotcomunderground.com/blogs/200...nel-to-hide-ip/ http://www.jonlee.ca/how-to-secure-your-tr...nel-with-putty/ Hope this helps. 16. It sounds like that you mail client is not properly configured with IMAP. Try checking the imap settings again or recreate your outlook profile.
  17. Hi Everyone, I just have a question in regards to using DrQueue, has anyone used it before or will it be compatible with any application that I through at it. I know its a very useful for rendering 3D applications. But I have other applications in mind that I would like to use it with. I was just wondering if anyone has experimented with DrQueue before. I would appreciate any comments you may have regarding this program. Thank you in advance. Infiltrator

  19. Hi 555, I have some info about the Sans Netwars event http://www.sans.org/netwars/
  20. Just give Darren and his crew sometime to get things organized. You will see the show will come back at 100% in no time. Let's not give up our hopes.
  21. I like the idea of crafting a keylogger application and making it opensource, but using Hak5 as a branding name for distributing to the public totally a bad idea. I guess you could develop a web site and make it available for the public to download.
  22. Even if there is a wireless signal somewhere they could have disabled the SSID to prevent people from trying to connect to it, but again you could use Kismet to scan for non broadcasting SSIDs and who knows you might even be able to discover it.
  23. This skull looks really wicked on this guy's arm http://www.walyou.com/blog/2010/04/29/asci...ull-tattoo-art/
