Are you saying that in Austrailia you have tele-marketers that are Indian? WOW.. I hate telemarketers and even did that job for like 1 week to try and pay bills, but the job sucked so bad and paid so cheap i quit. All it is, is scamming people who dont speak english well or old people and fast talking them into some product, where they record the phone convo and they say YES to things, incase a court case would happen later for the 200$+ or whatever that sale stole from some old person or person who did not understand fully what was going on during all the fast talking on the phone.. and was distracted by the "Free" item that came with the package. Dont get me wrong though, Indians are cool with me, great people and alot of great programmers there, its just I would rather see people local to me getting the jobs then them. I am sure they would probuly say the same thing, its a fight for jobs.

Yeah I have heard about that site a while back, it is like the youtube of security computer stuff. I enjoy the Hak5 videos (esp. Snubs since shes hot) plus they raise good topics and explain stuff so normal people can learn easier. They are both different, if you cant find it here with a forum search, look somewhere else, but you probuly should have re-worded that since you are posting on a Hak5 forum :) lol.. if you are looking for videos to learn hacking their is a million of them out there. Maybe look for videos from hacking conferences like DefCon and such, securitytube is just one of the sites out there with information, it depends what your looking for, or what you want to learn right now..

I never knew there was a name for that "NATO phoetic alphabet" I used a similiar way of trying to get the girl to understand what I was saying, for example M as in Mary, A as in Adam, I as in Indian, M as in Miami, ect.. she just didnt get it. This was not dell support though who I was calling. I have never needed to call dell tech support yet. lol funny you mention the script, at the last call center i worked at we used to frown upon useing scripts. As long as you verify who they are 2 times and do like the intro script and the outro script everything in between was good as long as you knew what you were talking about and acted professional. What gets me is we all know if we are calling a Indian call center, why do they make up fake names like "Bob, Jill, Jane, Mike, ect.." and just use their real name.

I have heard about those, it has netflix, twitter and other apps built in, im pissed because i just bought a new Vizio 32" and should have waited for the newer line of them.. but yeah it looks like its ripe to be exploited. Esp since it is the first model of the TV

If for some crazy reason it was shut down.. YES it would definitely be possible. Before highspeed internet we used to have this thing called dial up modems.. it would be very slow, people may revert back to BBS systems like WWiV or Renegade and you may have to wardial phone numbers to find other connections... lol but I highly doubt the whole internet would be shut down for a long period of time. In a worst case senerio i dont think it would be shut down for more then 24/hours, and that would be like in a nuclear war situation

I have 3 dells, all have worked great, I guess the problem is there is not enough stuff made here in America and everything is outsourced. I called tech support the other day and it was an indian call center, it took this lady on the phone like 15 minutes to get the spelling of my city correct. Maybe we need some more 100% American made pc's God knows we need more jobs here lol 100% American tech support as well, there are still a few companys like Hostmonster and GoDaddy that use local call centers for support instead of outsourcing, and the support is soooo much better. I found a company in NC which makes 100% American made pc's http://www.velocitymicro.com/ and makes some top notch pc's, also arent Apples/Mac's American made also or do they subcontract out for the building of it.. and if I wanted to make the worst thread ever I would ask how to hack into my girlfriends myspace :) j/k

American/Western built PC's are better then China/Asian built PC's, and if you dont agree I would like to know why.. in all my experience American made stuff has always been better and lasted longer <--- opens a can of worms

It REALLY does work, incase some people do not beleive it. Just make sure you get all the data you need off the drive ASAP incase it crashes again.. Corporate computer repair? You did not have a bunch of HD's stashed in the fridge at work right? lol j/k

This is very true, when i first heard it i never beleived it but it works. My 40GB HD was fried with my resume on it which was important so i can have all the dates and stuff, i threw it in the freezer overnight and it worked perfect the next day

That does not seem like a very good deal.. I just bought my mother a new pc from bestbuy that has 8GB ram, quad core, top of the line, ect.. HDMI, dmi daul monitors card, 1TB HD, ect and it came with a 3 in 1 scanner/printer, and 25" flat widecreen LCD monitor for 899$ + tax with a year warranty from the geek squad(also included is speakers, keyboard & mouse) I am not sure if it has liquid cooling, i have not opened the box up yet beyond the actual cardboard box it comes in. I beleive it is also DDR3 ram, what is the advantage of liquid cooling and what if it leaks in your pc that would be the finish of it right? I do not beleive I have worked with a PC that has liquid cooling yet, also has anyone else heard a myth about liquid cooling useing gatorade is better because of the electrolites? or is that all BS lol

So your useing 32bit OS on a quad core pc? I know I have a dual core and use a 64 bit.. I have heard of even 86bit which i think is for quad cores to perform at their full performance power, and yeah i ussually just use the mstsc command, I know the version of windows could also depend like Home editions require you to ask for the remote assistance first, unlike Business and Ultimate editions where you can just take control over the computer at anytime

I remember a torrent a while back which was like 120GB of rainbow tables or something like that from the awesome Hak5 team, but it seemed to have dissapeared from the torrent sites i goto. Before I had like a 160GB HD so could not download them but always wanted them, and now I got a new 500GB HD so I can hold them on there and seed at very high speeds.. does anyone have them to seed or know a good link of where i can get them? I Will download and seed for like a whole month i dont care also whats up with Darren, Snubs and that other dude, things seem to have gotten very slow here in the forums

I have had dogs and cats live as a pack / family but overall Dogs are way better then cats, atleast 10x more awesome.. cats are to into themselfs and not very social, case closed, dogs own cats lol btw; my cat used to bring me dead birds, my golden retreiver killed me a big ass possum the other night, way better catch then a bird if i was like crazy hungry or something or an atomic war went off or whatever, better food offering then the cat brought

Thanks Sparda, so how would you recommend configuring routers of the same default IP? disconnect it from the main router which is also the same ip then connect and config? Is it possible to disable DHCP and use the 2nd router also as an extended WIFI which would have the same SSID as the main router?

I am pretty moronic when it comes to networking, i guess my router does not work properly anymore, because when i type in its default address 192.168.2.1 it does not goto the router, so what i would like to know i guess then is if both routers are default at 192.168.1.1 how do i set up the network, i just want to have the both routers accessable from my webbrowser to play with the settings, and extend my wifi, plus im curious as to why it showed on ipconfig on other computers on the network why my belkin router the 192.168.2.1 default was assigning ip addresses to the other computers when they were never even linked or wired or wifi or connected to that router at all except threw the main router/cable modem. I remember last time i had to mess with my DHCP settings on the second router in my room but now cant even access it even after i reset it. are you useing a quad core? all 32 bit systems? I know on my windows 7 i had to configure it to allow certain users, yeah I am a noob but sometimes there are minor / easy things people overlook or forget about it.. does it work with regular windows RDP or it dont work with both regular windows RDP and the Adito VPN?

Just trying to get them to work.. I have 2 routers, one which is half router and half cable modem provided by my ISP and one router which i use for my room to multi network to my xbox 360, pc, laptop, ect.. the one my ISP gave me starts with 192.168.1.1 and the belkin I have starts with 192.168.2.1 which ussually made it easy to set up because it did not conflict with my netgear router which also had a default of 192.168.1.1, how do you set them both up together if they have the same default ip? and also the belkin which started with the 192.168.2.1 instead of the 1.1 recently after the reset, now some pc's are showing that as the ip or connection when i do an ipconfig, and they are not even wired to that router.. and when i do a ipconfig /release or ipconfig /renew it said I do not have the priviledges to do that in Cmd. Does Vista require some kind of super user command first like Ubuntu? like Sudo Ipconfig /release? and I know what math symbols are, I dont think you read anything I typed. Can you please read it first before responding? thanks

Man after looking at those pics and how you made it , I think you have alot of talent man.. I just dont know that many people with the money to purchase your product. The idea though of creating your own style of box the "Murderbox" and making all the details how you like and selling it i think is a great idea, but you may want to try that on Ebay. Then you will truly see what people think about what your product is worth and you will get real sales..f&ck alienware boxes go with the Murderbox.. :) make a slogan, kill the industry

It looks very nice, the only thing I would think twice about is that it has LED names of the drivers loaded for each PCI slot, that has to take energy up, and it is unessisary, when you can see that at BIOS. If you want something pretty and expensive then sure.. go with it. If you are really into computers then learn how to build something like that yourself.. much props on building what you did the design looks cool and you have done what alot of people cant, which is building your own very custom PC. *Props*

I've had both.. mostly dogs and one cat which i liked. The cat was pretty much a neighborhood cat but used to bring us dead birds and stuff on our porch which i hear is a sign of respect and an offering to me. All my dogs have always been faithful, loyal, protective, ect.. Cats dont listen to people.. they do whatever they want, Dogs do whatever you say and love you unconditionally. Even if you smack the shit out of them one night for shitting on the carpet.. cats dont forget that stuff and will hate you forever. Plus if a burgular broke in i would way rather have a german shepard or putbull in my house then a cat for protection.. So I will say Dogs kick Cats ass all day every day, and are way better pets then cats. Your cat is not going to be at the door waiting for when you get home from work wagging its tail and its a pain to wash them. Alot of people I have met that have alot of cats have also been mental.

If it is Windows cant you goto your Hosts file or something and block all the sites except for the ones you want to allow? or create some kind of intranet? or you could program a web browser that only goes to those sites.. those are just ideas i dont know if they will work though, im pretty much a noobie
