Are we all fat slobs?!!

I am an overweight guy for a lot of reasons and depression definatly jumps in at the top of that list since i am also Bi-Polar. When it comes down to it though i figured out about a year ago that i wanted to loose weight but then it really hit me as to why. I wanted to loose weight for the assholes that tortured my ass though school and the idiots who made fun of me when i walked around town. Once i cleared a large part of depression from all of them out of my head and got to where i wanted to do it for me i started exercising and getting on a proper health professional diet about 6 months ago and i have lost almost 50lbs so far but i also am in much better shape. It's really a simple process. You can eat whatever you want but you have to burn off more than you take in and thats how you loose weight. Things like gyms and diets are bullshit because they make huge claims that never come true either because of the people working at the gym don't know anything or the diet is just some dumb fad, atkins anyone. I go to a place called the wellness center that is attched to our local hospitle as a rehab center. They have trained medical people there in both nutrition and physical rehab specialists that help you loose weight with out jacking up your entire body or killing yourself. Why as true geeks would you ever half ass anything and not use your brain to look at weight loss as a logic problem. The weight is the problem now what is the best way to solve that problem to get more healthy.

I found the 100% absolute surefire method for losing weight. First, each only lean meat, wholegrains, steamed vegtables, fruit etc. The start running and lifting free weights (not machines). Its effective, fast and healthy. No expensive gyms, just find one with a good set of weights and will let you pay on the door. And in 3 months people will start telling you your thinner.

I have loved phreaking and dumpster diving all my life and the ability to run and jump over walls have always come in handy when dealing with the police and Security when you just can’t talk your way out of a situation.

You find the more phreaking and dumpster diving you do the more your have to run and the faster and thiner your get.
