Blunderboy
The US needs to have a 1337 team of the US's best hacking professionals. Not to defend the US's networks because there are thousands of hired guns for that work. This team would be a counter intelligent group. Sparda
What they actually need is to stop using flawed technologies. For example: The Internet, RFID, Laptops, Writable and Removable Storage.

VaKo
The websites are the boring part, its not like you can go to cia.gov/hidden/911_plans.php... the important stuff is going to be the backend.
SmoothCriminal
I completely agree gov. sights to get hacked all the time, but not military. Think of the implications. For instance China could see all of the UAV's current info, or even worse, get plans on how to make our shit.
bamfninja
The websites are the boring part, its not like you can go to cia.gov/hidden/911_plans.php... the important stuff is going to be the backend. He's totally right. I just tried cia.gov/hidden/911_plans.php and it just took me to the CIA redirect page. But in all seriousness I don't think, at this day and age, that they would have that kind of information in anyway connected to anything where someone in the outside world could get to it. But then again, it wouldn't be the first time.
SomeoneE1se
you'd be very surprised what 'site:randomsite.com pdf' will get you always do that or anyone yu want to buy an advertisement with I was bored so I was googling around and found an employ handbook stating that the lowest price they could sell ad X for it was a LOT less then the price we were first quoted (and the the price we ended up getting was the lowest listed)

VaKo
We live in a world where our collective goverments are still debating if school lunches containing nothing but lard and sugar may just possibly be linked to a generation of hyper-obese children who cannot concentrate without "heroic" doses of experimental drugs... metatron
People/governments have been in and out of other government’s computers for years, it happens, it’s annoying, but it’s well known. If they bitched and moaned about it everything something was found the newspaper/websites and TV networks would be full of this shit. Governments need to tighten up their security, that’s a given but complaining about it will bring you nothing. Stop buying Chinese’s made products or start going after Chinese networks, after all it’s not like your going to get extradited to China to face charges and any evidence they collect could be considered suspect and not admissible in any real court of law.
