BattZ
There should be a small quiz after you use the code=P
charm_quark
my bad, what i meant was that, i assume the "hak5.org" got some sort of deal with domain.com to advertise for them and will give a discount to anyone who watches and uses the code hak5, thus promoting hak5.org and domain.com. but if another personnel/company takes advantage of such an offer it would yes benefit domain.com because of the advertising but for "hak5.org" to have actually gotten such a discount it is a loss! .. Mr-Protocol
Domain.com is a sponsor. They would give the discount to anyone. That is just their way of tracking how many people use Hak5 for the discount to make sure they are not supporting something they do not gain anything from. Infiltrator
They will probably ask a set of questions: 1. What is Hak5 2. How did you come to know them 3. Do you have a Hak5 Member Account 4. Who Darren crew members are If you fail to answer the questions, you won't be able to use the Code Hak5

Darren Kitchen
I'd be curious to see if this ad came up for you after clearing your cookies. Obviously they know you're a Hak5 viewer and thus you're getting this ad. Same reason I used to get plastic pineapple promotions from century-novelty on other sites. At first I was like, "whoa, how did they know?!" until I realized thats how Internet advertising works.
MRGRIM
Surely that website is doing Hak5 a favour? Doesn't Hak5 get commission every time someone uses one of the show sponsors coupons?
