Does the same happen to you if you use another power connection instead of the battery ? Like a PC with the dual usb-cable or a usb power connector ?

Yep, that´s exactly what i did But in that case: Now i´m unable to connect to another WiFi- Network around me to provide internet to the pineapple. So i need always a good Mobile connection It´s not that easy to forward Traffic and MiTM with the Nethunter on my OnePlus One. In NetHunter 3.1 is "Pineapple Connector" included for it. I´m still searching for a technical way to stop consume power from the pineapple juice in USB tethering mode!

If you have the development tools activated, disable the USB debugging and try it again.

Hello Nano Users! I use my OnePlus One with USB tethering to provide Internet for the Nano. This works just fine and is easy to use. My problem is the Power. Because my Smartphone consumes also from the Pineapple Juice 4000 in USB tethering mode which reduces the runtime massive I tested a "Data-Only" micro USB Cable which failed. (option is greyed out). Now i´m using the RALINK USB WIFI RT5370 adapter on the nano and connect both via wifi to get a higher runtime. Which means i´m unable to use my wifi on the phone for something else. How do you handle this situation ? Thanks & Greez

Is the Edutech Shop still up-to-date and will the WiFi Pineapple 6th Generation or other products ever be available in the future ? Thanks!

A RPI is much cheaper than a MKV or a MKVI. You can run a full Kali if you want with MSF and all needed stuff. Leave it on a target place is also no problem. You have a lot more CPU power and many functions. So thats not that pro argument for a WiFI Pineapple. But we will see what Hak5 brings to us.

It is a waste of money. Good idea but not very handy because it is not complete supported in Firmware.

It was just a question about time that the MK5 will get dropped. The hardware doesn´t have enough power to port MiTMF for example or other new technics to the MK5. BUT i don´t like this situation because it is always the same game. Darren does a perfect job on PR, video trailers and so on, but most of the products are not perfect enough as they could be. There are many good ideas around. For example the Tange-Mode, HDK addon and so on but what happend ? Tango-Mode is never implemented in a Firmware HDK was never used Infusions are there but only some people (Community) take care. Some work fine other doesn´t work (Pineapple Stats for example) OpenVPN Infusions was also never implemented Many pineapples reboots randomly if the use to many infusions (jep, not darren and seb problems. Because the pineapple without infusions works fine...but what is pineapple without infusions) Don´t get me wrong. I like this community here, Darren and Seb does a good job but the push the new things to much and drop the old one to fast. I´m sure we will see one or two new FW Version for the MK5 and you can throw it away. That´s the "normal" product cycle (of course).But i wish we could get a stable LTS version with some handy addon´s instead of a new one.

I ask the same question again and again for about ~1 year without any comment - that´s hard Seb said in the Video "WiFi Pineapple 2.0.2 Firmware - PineAP" on Youtube "The firmware we will bring it out will make it super easy..." The Turtle runs a local DNS Server per default and use it. I just checked resolv.conf. The Problem is that if you deploy it inside a company no internal DNS Name will be resolved. It doesn´t get quicker to find the turtle if you add it to a pc, beacause the person that uses the pc can´t work anymore. Just added it to my pc in the company and i was unable to access the file or mail server (srv-exchange.internal.a-company.com). If i add the DNS manually on the interface to the correct internal DNS it works. Is there a workaround ? The Turtle should use the DHCP provided DNS Server - until you active a DNS Module for a man in the middle attack. Or did something wrong ? Thanks & Greez

Is there a way to keep the manually set MAC-Address after a reboot ? I need a registered MAC address for a DHCP reservation to receive a (special) IP-Address. The problem is that i´m unable to deploy the turtle inside the company without this MAC-Address. The turtle won´t come out with any other IP-Address. Per default - the turtle set the MAC-Address back to it´s original MAC. Thanks & Greez

Seems like Symantec AV doesn´t detect the the crypted payload inside the file - but the network stream during a connection to your server. So the problem is the meterpreter connection itself, not the file. There is no way to change this as i know...
