When committing the following commands the txpower never changes and is showing 18. iw reg set BO iwconfig wlan0 txpower "anything from 20-30" iwconfig wlan0 still shows txpower=18. MKV with the latest infusion updates. -Crypiehef

This is probably why I can't use Client Mode.. "Radio 1" never lights up when bringing up WLAN1. (Even after the update) I started another thread on this issue.

I updated to the recent network infusion that "fixes" the Client Mode issues however when enabling WLAN1 the led on the MKV doesn't light up (red). When trying to connect to my "hotspot" the Pineapple uses WLAN0 to connect. I verified that the interface is coming up by SSHing in. Not sure what the problem is. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh and I tried all this after a factory reset. -Crypiehef

I removed all the ^M's and mine still won't redirect. Odd.

I'm sure the devs are working on it. The MKV is brand new so it will take some time and with Toorcon happening right now expect it to take a little longer. Alternatively you could install the infusion then edit the installer each infusion uses before installing to "location". If your not comfortable editing the installer give it a go anyway. You could learn something like how they script the installs etc.

Computerchris, I totally understand and you hit it right on the head. That's why I create my own infusions for my own pentesting that I know would not likely get approved. Not to mention that most, if not all, infusions that I create really only apply to specific pentests and likely in a use once scenario. All the pineapples are great for this though I still love running Rickrolls at parties. :)

All I have to say is Woot! My Anker is getting drained like crazy. LOL, I do have my Pineapple AND my RasPi connected to it though. When the client connection encryption bug gets fixed I will probably ditch the RasPi. Can wait for the satchel bag (yes, I called it a satchel) and the the stackable batts!!

I can connect to my home network (Airport Extreme N router) with WPA2 password but cannot connect to my iPhone 5. Just won't connect.. Oddly always connects to my Airport Extreme though.

Ok, so I was able to patch the madwifi drivers with Jasager. Yay for me. On to getting the web-interface for the pineapple working now. It's coming along so far.

I can't find the Pineapple's version of OpenWRT. Can someone point me in the right direction. (Or possibly have the correct Menuconfig options so I can compile my own?) FYI, I am currently compiling a firmware from Carambola OpenWRT firmware including the web-interface the Pineapple uses. Testing to see if I chose the right menuconfig options. Still compiling and will try to flash it tonight. A shot in the dark I know but I have already tried to flash the Pineapple's firmware directly to it via sysupdate but it's not compatible. (probably the memory difference).

Found it. :) This is going to take me some time. The Carambola 2 has some kernel modules (custom) that I need to build in to the Pineapple's OpenWRT amoung other custom modules. I am still researching and looks like this will be a tad challenging. Any help would be appreciated. Let's hope our work can lead to the MKV! or better!

Can someone post the git hub link or the version of OpenWRT the pineapple is currently using on the MKIV? I don't have my Pineapple with me right now and I'm having trouble finding the info. Being a bit hung-over doesn't help.

Got mine yesterday. Going to start to "TRY" playing around with it today. There is limited info floating around the forums and 8Devices.com community seems to kind of suck comared to, say, Element14. I'm going to try starting with flashing the OpenWRT firmware that the Pinapple uses and then go from there. I will post updates as they happen.

Thanks WallE, I am very familiar with the aircrack suite and aireplay already. I have already scripted a nice airreplay utility on my Pineapple. I just really loved the work that went in to the jammer module and was wondering if there were things I could do to make it work in my setup.
