I discovered Google Calander the other day, and have already fell in love with it. Especially the SMS reminder a great idea plus its free. I also use ebay alot. Suddenly it came to me that wouldn't it be awesome if you press a button and the time the the auction ends is taken and added to Google Calander, I looked into it and found nothing that can do this. However i found the google released and API for the calander, and its possible for greesemoneky to take the end of auction price. The problem is ive never coded anything web related so it will be a bit of a challenge for me, I would greatly appreciate it if you guys could tell me if its possible and how hard it is to do, before i start to teach myself. Ive washed 2 of mine a few times, it hasnt seemed to affect them, some are coverd in plastic so they can withsand quite a bit. I think it was on the gagdet show (TV program here in the UK) were they tested a range of them soking them in cola, running them over ect. Most survived the cola even the cheap ones.

I thought about doing this a few months ago but when i went to do it i found there isnt enough room in my case, tanda333 is right I no my router get quite hot after a long time, if it covered up (eg a jumper chucked over it ) it tens to over heet and doesnt work untill its cooled.

Hi, I cant think of the last time I ever used Scroll Lock, infact I don't think Ive ever ever used it. So I thought I could put it to some use and if possible use it for a second type of shift key which could launch programs, that sounds really confusing and not clear at all so heres an example: Scroll lock + N = notepad opening Scroll lock + W = Winamp opens Scroll lock + C = Cmd opens etc Ive goggled it and haven't found anything, apart from just remaping it to anougher key. I'm wondering if this is even possible, if you guys know of any programs to do this and how hard is it? Thanks W4rp3d

Heck yeah! I remember using those on the Acorns back then, but I believe some one the Amiga compatible monitors did that... and way back when, the PC monitors *only* did green (or amber). :D I got given a very old laptop that had been stuck up in someones loft for more years than proberbly ive lived (18). When i say laptop i mean a "portable desktop" its the size of a small suit case, weighs a tonne, has a full keyborad which can be taken out and is the size of a normal "non-laptop" keyboard, has no HDD (runs off of the old floppy disc what are they 7") . That has a amber screen which is about 6" by 4". Best of all its got an inbult fully working dotmatrix printer on the back!

ahh that frustrates the hell out of me! like when some crime show (e.g CSI) have a crummy cctv image... and zoom in to see a number plate all pixalated and the it magicly displays the image perfectly Thats a biggy too, dont get me wrong I dont mind openig doors, giving up my seet on a bus ect but when girls expect bigger presents from you than they give you. Thats very annoying I also hate the way people follow others, whats rong with using your own mind!!

My knowlege on guns is huge, but i disagree with this ^^. This is because back a few years ago, some WW1 expert came and gave a lecture on trench warfair. He said that most guns (well back then anyway) werent designed for killing but more for disabling. Logically this makes a sense bullets arent the largest things and unless it hits you in a vital organ or head its not going to kill you out right. I would imaging a large percentage of gun shoot victoms dont die. To garrentie a kill for each shot the bullet surly must be quite large. Also I think that the fact that you can own a hand gun legaly in the US. Is rather stupid (please all you pro gun people dont flame me here). Here in the UK its very rare that there is a shooting because its much harder for people to get hold of guns, people wont go outand by a gun for protection and therefore people dont wip it out and have a stand off with someone else.

looks cool. I got one worry about it though, you can see through it. I dont know about you but I would like everyone seeing how much money im carrrying every time I took out of my wallet. EDIT: D'oh! Paint.NET is a nice MS Paint replacement and probably better then gimp I use Paint.NET imo its better than Gimp I think its easyer to learn too.

I got a kingston U3 the other day, (just so i could try out Switchblade). I downloaded MaxDamage 1.1, put it on my U3. But every time I run it i get a Lsass.exe error and the computer forces shutdown. Can anyone please help me out? W4rp3d

I dont think there needed, it depends on what you prefer, but for me its like a fast engine in a crappy car if you dont, saying that however you can have a nice slick case (no lights/windows) that still is a cool gaming machine, like a bently or some other fast powerful luxuriously car.
