  1. yeah creating a NAT box would be a good solution as well. This should help per Irongeek.
  2. First thing you want to do is learn the terminal..... 1. wpa_passphrase [ ssid ] [ passphrase ] > wpa_supplicant.conf 2. wpa_supplicant [ -BddehLqqvw ] [ -iifname ] [ -cconfig file ] [ -Ddriver ] (ex. wpa_supplicant -B -Dwext -ieth1 -c/etc/wpa_supplicant.conf) 3. dhclient eth1 4. ping www.google.com 5. TADA!
  3. Set passwords to your router, disable broadcasting, put him in a DMZ, and change the IP to your router to something like 192.168.1.253.
  4. You should turn off file sharing in Windows 7. Windows 7 Follow these steps to disable File Sharing on Windows 7: Click the Windows Logo button. Hacking WoW

I once joined a WEP network that a user had opened a port for WoW. All I had to do was just open up Cain and Abel and Wireshark. Done deal. Please don't say you are like this guy and use a better encrypted wifi security.

    Smarthide

I haven't tried that app; I'll give it a go.
  9. Ummmmm. If you want to install it just run the install script on the desktop.....
  10. By default there is no DHCP. So you have to run ifconfig eth0 up and dhclient eth0
  11. You guys need to understand that Jasager was written off OpenWRT so no it won't work off DDWRT. Its just what digininja picked it could have been DDWRT but he had a router with OpenWRT sitting around that he wrote the ruby code off. :)
  12. Watch a video from season 5 when Chris Gerling talks about recognizing USB devices.
  13. @catchyanow you can't be serious..... I even went to your channel out of curiosity and please don't ever publicly talk about your channel. I have an idea, make a video about clustering two linux servers or better yet install exchange 2003 on server.
  14. Good luck. Let us know when you figure it out. The best way to get the password to this is to attack a PC on this network and get the wireless key from it.
  15. Not true. As for Raid configs.... RAID0 is no redundancy (or mirroring) its just striping across two drives so it doesn't act as one. What you should be looking at is if your PC has enough memory (512MB or more) to install newer distros. Unless you are trying to dual boot then thats a different story.
  16. I would still recommend formatting it as VMFS datastore because you are using it for permanent storage. Use the vmkfstools command on to format the partition.
  17. The jasager firmware does not have webif built in. Its only built to use jasager. If you want a webif then go the traditional route or use the piranha firmware.
  18. watch prior Hak.5 video to achieve your answers :)

    SHODAN

I'm liking this site. Very creative. Typing things like sharepoint or apache or ftp give you some interesting stuff. It just a cleaned up version of google searching these boxes.
