Yes, set up a multi boot OS system, say to boot windows or ubuntu from a grub menu. First install then ubuntu is the easiest. Also if you want to experiment with OS's to find which one is for you, i would say Live CD's are the way to go, most linux OS offer a live cd which no install is required , it loads to your ram and runs completely off of ram

Well.. the reason i want to get it, is because 90% of the jobs i have been applying for say to not even apply unless I have an A+ cert. I know i can pass the exam i will have to do a little studying first though on laser printer process and a couple other things, i just got the michael myers 2007 A+ book to study from and it came with a CD with practice exam questions. So i guess i will take the practice exam until i pass it with flying colors then go in for the real exam. Any idea on how many questions it is? I heard 100 for each test, is that correct? thanks for all of your help!

Yeah its had to have changed by 2002.. I under stand their are two parts to the exam the core essentials and a second one , im going for IT Technician exam. How many times can I take one of them though, like say the first time i take the core essentials , say i fail it by a few points. Can i retake it again for free? or until i pass it? or will i have to pay 160$ each time i take the exam, reguardless if i pass it or not.. didnt see anything on the website about that thanks

Is it going to ask me a bunch of old stuff not revelent to todays pc's? like what kind of microprocesser a 386DX Ibm pc used? or what each irq port goes to what ect.. Also .. how many chances do i get to take the test? say I buy the voucher and fail it the first time, do i have to buy another voucher to the another test, or do they give you a second chance to take it for free or something? Also where is the best place to take it? and how much is it about 300$ ? thanks

I agree completely instead of giving a 700 billion dollar bail out to big biz, they should have given each American citizen 2333$ (thats what it would equal out to according to federal population stats) then maybe all of us could pay our bills , and the money would go back to the companys anyways, this sounds like a much better fix then just giving away free money so a big AIG exec can spend 500k on a weekend vacation with the 700 billion dollar bail out that was given away, probuly to republican businesses , start from the roots , trickle effect does not work I know all of the republicans are pissed Obama won haha :P

As for the last part Why will he be worse then bush, his small business plan sounds great, im for new biz, not the same old biz thats been around forever. It does not mean your lazy if you dont make 250k a year or more, it means you dont have rich parents to help you out I know the laziest person i've ever met in my life and his parents own an air conditioning business, they were mccain to the fullest then i know Jose down the street who works two jobs 80 hours a week making like 10$ an hour, which equals out to like less then 60k a year enough with helping the rich people out, they dont need anymore help they are allready rich! normal people cant even afford to keep their houses and cars anymore because republicans have sucked all the blood and money out of us

Im just glad we have a president now that is for the future of new technology and knows how to set up his own POP/STMP email. We will have tons of new IT jobs now, considering we can program stuff that will save companys lots of money. We will still have to work together though to keep our salarys what they are suppose to be. We cant have A+ certified techs getting paid 10 to 13$ and hour.. mcdonalds employess make that, we have special skills worth more honestly check out programming the new G1 phone Andriod to make some money

if you dont want it to echo i know you put @echo off at the beginning of your batch file, so im guessing you just leave @echo off out of the batch file or put @echo on and that will do it ... not positive though

Most plumbers i've met in Florida are making 10 to 20$ an hour depending on experience, so the whole joe the plumber thing is BS, maybe the BIG BIZ that hires Joe the plumber is making over 250k but what if Joe whats to start his own business.. what if his company is chargeing him 500$ a month for health insurance for him and his family, this is real stuff.. a whole weeks pay just to get a cheap HMO health plan for himself and family, one weeks pay is suppose to cover 1 months rent for a home, people can not afford to live with prices going up and the same pay amount, I gaurentee if McCain gets elected Americans will revolt and riot
