still learning

I\'m building one now, it seems to work well so far, and it adds a registry so it should start with windows but it is not starting or auto running when windows starts.. also how do i change how big the log file can be?.. code posted below.. --- sorry code would not post got error "There is an error with your BBCode. ^^ Well I was planning on changeing to code to do something funny until it crashes (not notepad, unless i can get it to open with a message displayed on each notepad that opened), and not going to put it on startup or anything, just a .bat file that i can replace with there internet explorer icon maybe, so it looks like it is going to run IE when they click on it, then thats when the fart noises and many media player pop ups start multiplying and playing a fart noise sound until pc crash. or maybe i will turn the echo on at one point and print to screen "Please change to Firefox, IE sucks" or whatever.. like my name says im "still learning" i dont wish to harm anyones PC, just watch their reaction for an hour from my cubicle behind them or side of them or so and laugh then tell them what i did and how to fix it or fix it for them. Im not trying to cause a perm system problem, just freak them out for a little bit i checked the kingpin site out was pretty cool but did not see anything about the pranks he created, more of a t-shirt sales deal Digip; that sounds like a really cool idea too lol the "funny trick" people seem to try in my work area is to turn the screen upside down with a alt-control-up button or whatever which is a completely played out prank, i need something completely original and fresh, thats why im leading towards the fart.wav replay sound prank so they login their computer (right before i turn their vlume on full blast for the area) and have the fart noises go off for all to hear until he has to reboot LOL i would not make it to perm damage anything though, and after it happens a couple times and me and the rest of our cubicle row has their laughs done - i will fix it, trying to think of an original office prank

I asked a simple question about the foil. Not having an ugly home made wallet does not mean i dont have the mind set of a true hacker. Wanting to know the details about the foil IS true hacker mindset, it doesnt matter what the wallet is made of their is a reason why the foil is in there to block signals from the chip. Thats what i was intrested in knowing, I dont need an article to read on how to make a wallet i am creative enough to think of a million wallet ideas and dont need some random dude to tell me i dont have the hacker mentallity because i would rather just buy one from macys, allthough i would consider adding foil to it if i was more informed.

There are certain things i will do myself but i prefer my leather kenneth cole wallet instead of some crappy paper wallet that will melt in the rain fucktard. Yeah things are alot diffrent now i guess.. back in the day in 9th grade i was printing out and selling copys of the anarchist cookbook , almost got expelled but told my principle it was shareware software and not illegal and i guess he bought it and only gave me 3 days of suspension which was a nice vacation of chilling at home. This was before 9/11 though so im sure its alot diffrent now. And yeah that sentence is ridiculous, one my best friends got stabbed to death by his girlsfriends father and he only got 5 yrs for man slaughter, laws like that need to be changed, and yes i agree practing on your own pc's is the best way, just get an old box and designate it as the "i dont give a fuck what happens to it box" run all your virii, trojans, keyloggers, practice programs everything on it without worry

So do i have to create 2 partitions to install it? a boot/swap partition and the partition that bt3 usb version installs on? what is the easiest way to mount that iso onto the usb thumb drive? thanks!

Blocks RFIDsignals with foil in it? that is mostly for passports and creditcards im guessing that have the new paypass express feature? can I just line my current leather wallet in foil or is this one special because it is customized with whatever graphics you want and paper... so like fbi and fraudsters with special scanners can see how much money is in my account by scanning my creidt card in my wallet wirelessly or something? i know chips can be pretty small now a days

I think that maybe it, some kind of BAT file code that keeps replicating itself or some command forever very quickly and crashes the pc, or possibly gives them the BSOD

Yes ive had the live cd distro for a while now, cant seem to get it on a usb thumb drive though and boot it from the usb thumbdrive :( processcor is a amd athlon 64 dual core 4000+, in bios i have the option to boot from usb but havent gotten it to work yet, followed directions in the new 2600 magazine for installing truecrypt with DSL on the usb but would prefer backtrack 3 instead of damn small linux since my usb drive has enough space for it <---- new to linux

Taking out the HD and reformatting is no problem, I allready have done it more then a couple of times to try and get this thing to work. From what i hear SSH is the best way, and i cant install that until I get the part in the real-mail to convert the com port to my ps/2 keyboard. I got it on ebay for 50$, it is 1.3ghz 256ram, 20gb hd here is pics the drive was completely wiped when i got it, so i took the top off and manually installed ubuntu server which it boots too but i have no idea how to plug a keyboard into this thing or what its IP is .. i am currently useing ubuntu client and was going to try and make this a server, how do i connect to it from my current pc to access it, so i can set it up as a server, or if you know a freeware version of bluesocket's software that it is suppose to come with that will do the same thing, i tried to find it via torrent and everywhere i know of without success. i called the company and they want like 9000$ for the software, any ideas on the best way to set this up or how to access it via my other pc please? thanks! \

Can the lower computer (the one connected to the belkin) act as the server? How do i set the computer to receive an ip address from DHCP? ipconfig /release then /renew? Should i switch the cable modem and netgear to my room and put the other 3 pc's on the belkin, and is it a good idea to always have the server the pc connected closest to the cable modem's router? thanks!!

I tried the directions from the windows 1 example, i formated fat32, have the dsl-embedded on the usb, got to step 4 then it says to syslinux -ma F: or X: - the syslinix i have is a .zip file that i unzipped and it has no executable files it looks like the only files syslinux there from the fresh unzip are syslinux.doc (which assumes i allready have the exe file) syslinux.h, and syslinux.spec. Do i need to compile this or something? thanks

Notepad++ can compile code to executable files? How, a special plugin? Ive used it like regular notepad to view code and see where errors are but did not know it could compile the source code (i am new to useing it) how is it done? thanks!!
