Goodbye Mr. Robot

Recommended Posts

Just saw an announcement that the following season (4th, 2018,19) of Mr. Robot will be it’s last.

The show was an inspiration...

I met Rami Malek a while back at an RSA conference in San Francisco.  I got a signed Mr. Robot t-Shirt too...

I watched season 1 & 2 but havent had time for others as yet!

I too enjoyed it, and it was a fresh change from those dreary reality shows.

Shame it has to go but it already ran its course I guess!

Same I have only fully watched seasons 1 & 2,  need to sit down and watch the rest. It was refreshing to see a TV show put some effort into research and at least make an attempt at making it some what realistic.

I believe it was meant to be a one off movie originally but was turned into a series.

For me it is a really good show/series.  I think if it were a movie it would not be as good having all that has happened already condensed into a movie .

I have watched all of it, and the storyline, characters and the whole idea behind is just amazing. In fact, it's not discontinued as some people as said. Sam Esmail, himself wanted for Mr. Robot to not be a never ending TV show, as he said, he wants to end the movie how he has imagined it from the beginning. While I am waiting for Mr. Robot season 4 release in 2019, I had hope for a 5th season to be the last, but it seems it ends here. I think in the season 3, you can really see that there is not much left to do in the series besides to complete something.
