babygirl7224 Posted March 20, 2015 Share Posted March 20, 2015 I am having a similar issue. On march 14th, 2015 I placed the order for the wifi pineapple for my husband. The money was taken out on the 15th we paid for expedited shipping on the item. On the 16th i received another email saying they couldn't send us the item until i sent them the required information. I did that on the 18th. they still have the money and the item. i have called them multiple times and still get the same message as i get if it was during their closed hours. My husband says this is normal but i am a skeptic. It is now the 20th of march and i stilll have not received word from the company at all. They still have the money and the product. i just want to be able to talk to a real person and get something done. preferably the item shipped. but something needs to be done. Thank you for contacting me this is the first response i have received from the hackshop since my address verification 2 days ago. My concern was i paid for expedited shipping so that my husband could get it by tues due to delivery and schedule constraints. i appreciate your quick response since i only posted the response this morning. if it would help i am more than willing to send the information again if need be to help you guys out. cheers to you also. I would like a Tracking number or a Refund today. okay so here is the timeline so far for my percha of the pineapple wifi ultra park. On March 14,2015 I placed the order. On march 15,2015 the money was taken out of my account and the order was put on hold status. on the 16 i received an email letting me know that address verification was needed however i didn't look at the email till the 18th. That part is my fault. on the 18th i sent address verification and called multiple time and left a voicemail. on the 19th i called and left a voicemail and resent the verification to 3 different hockshop emails just to make sure i sent it to the right one. no response to any of my communication efforts outside of the forum. On the 20 i got on this forum and made a post trying to see if anyone else has had this issue. however i did get a response for the first time from a person on this forum and am grateful cheers by the way. since then i have resent address verification taken new photos from my iPhone and resent them to verification email address and called and left yet a nother voicemail letting them know i had done it. It is now March 24th (10 days since i placed the order) and i have still gotten no response back from anyone other than this forum. I would like my order to be shipped today with a tracking number or a refund because there is no way to cancel the order on the website. And i did pay extra for the expedited shipping. cooper Posted March 24, 2015 Share Posted March 24, 2015 It's a small miracle you cought Darren here via the forums. The best way to get a response from him is to DM him on Twitter ( @hak5darren ). When I talked to him at the Hak5 meetup in Amsterdam he told me Twitter was his preferred way of being contacted. He doesn't browse the forums all that much and doesn't empty his PM mailbox here to prevent people from messaging him here to prevent disappointment later. My husband cannot wait and i would like to give a special thanks to hakshop for handling my concerns. shipping today and scheduled to be received on the 31st. we paid expedited shipping and are not getting it. that is my only issue.but thanks again hak5 shop for taking care of my concerns.
