I would like a Tracking number or a Refund today. okay so here is the timeline so far for my percha of the pineapple wifi ultra park. On March 14,2015 I placed the order. On march 15,2015 the money was taken out of my account and the order was put on hold status. on the 16 i received an email letting me know that address verification was needed however i didn't look at the email till the 18th. That part is my fault. on the 18th i sent address verification and called multiple time and left a voicemail. on the 19th i called and left a voicemail and resent the verification to 3 different hockshop emails just to make sure i sent it to the right one. no response to any of my communication efforts outside of the forum. On the 20 i got on this forum and made a post trying to see if anyone else has had this issue. however i did get a response for the first time from a person on this forum and am grateful cheers by the way. since then i have resent address verification taken new photos from my iPhone and resent them to verification email address and called and left yet a nother voicemail letting them know i had done it.
It is now March 24th (10 days since i placed the order) and i have still gotten no response back from anyone other than this forum. I would like my order to be shipped today with a tracking number or a refund because there is no way to cancel the order on the website. And i did pay extra for the expedited shipping.
