rFayjW98ciLoNQLDZmFRKD
some warm milk always helps. I hate warm milk, I think it's just grose. I found if you do more in the day (such as getting away from the computer), you sleep better. :-)
Sparda
Recently my sleep pattern has been pretty decent... going to bed between 17:00 and 21:00, getting up between 00:30 and 05:30 (and all this with out the aid of an alarm clock). I have found I work better on stuff for University dur in the early hours of the morning AFTER I have slept. I'v probably been more productive in the last couple of days then I have ever. take it take
some warm milk always helps. I hate warm milk, I think it's just grose. Mix it with Ovaltine or chocolate syrup.
jool
I'm currently sleeping somewhere between 1 to 12 hours a "night". I'm almost constantly working on the computer with no real schedule, just dates when things need to be done. On top of that I don't really see the sun that much up here, currently the "day" lasts between 9am and 2pm (dusk included). When you miss the few hours of sun that you do get for a week straight and only see complete darkness outside it really starts to get to you. Mr_Mischif
It's pitch black. I'm likely to be eaten by a grue. Wow. Sucks to be grue. Yes, it's a horrible pun. No, I will not take it back.
