  2. Yay do it now before the EU courts drag your asses in again lol
  3. People are still holding their breath to find out how that guy (sorry I forget his name) ran an N64 emulator on his 360 (I thinkhe put a video on Tube showing it)
  4. Whoooooops double post
  5. And now from 1.5 all the way back to 1.0 :) though not much runs o 1.0 ATM lol
  6. Actually you can run it on a v5 now... Check out digg to find the article. Yeah but the v2.1/3's had more ram & a better processor... just incase I ever add an LCD screen output to it & run apps lol The noise police?they come with there little soundproof jackets lol
  7. http://www.linksysinfo.org/modules.php?nam...page&pid=31 DD-WRT wow  Dam I need to get me a WRT54GS v2.1/v3 lol Thanks to it's creator and to stingwray & metatron for sparking my interest lol
  8. Not one mention of Pop-Tarts?!?... but there not open source :( (MSKellog compiled)
  9. Not to dampen your fun but the UK has a 1KM transmitter rule no?
  10. Along the lines of America I hear'd someone say this today (and it's so true) 'It's a third world country inside a first world country' Something along those lines it was and I thought how sadly true. Too much budgeting and privatisation (Damed IMF/World Bank A$$es) in the UK schools usedto be better organised to get people interested and working to their level... now it's like a McDonalds resturant everyone gets the kids meal and goes hungry unless they can afford better. Privitisation = Country goes to shit :( Oh but it makes the market place more competitive and improves best value, no it stagnates and cuts back - but it does make for lovely backhanders though LMAO Edit last thing... I have had a feeling for along time that education has stagnated and is being very limited as to what it's alowed to teach/show (limited as in hasn't changed in years)
  11. Ah the memories LOL and the pointless shitty install CD's which could be remotly updated (dial-up) to call specific numbers
  12. The cloud is supposed to be covering ALL of London Nintendo DS's get free wifi access from most public wifi points across the world (The cloud included - Opera for DS due soon in Japan - and some people are saying they get free access using homebrew too!) Virgin is about to market for NTL/Telewest and will offer 50 MB connection with IP streaming HD TV Oh and it's FON who are doing the £5 router thing you get one share your access and in return you get to access through all the other FON users access points anywhere anytime :) - Someone has already hacked the router though so it say's he is online and accessable when he's locked down his network. Bandwidth filtering is a feature I haven't seen/read about in any router (sub £100)... anyone seen a sub £100 router with it in??? Edit isn't the bad thing about this child porn? as in you'll be the one they come to crucify first??? Edit Edit Erm don't Wifi Routers slow all connections to the speed of the slowest device connected to it? (I think this has been removed in N series though)
  13. Haha, I can only imagine being the caller and hearing you say, "Shit, those damn spiky-things got me again!" while in the middle of asking me if my modem is plugged in. Oh no they go me rings, I'll just have to bash some monitors for some more. Tsk Tsk though I always made sure my staff stopped playing when they took calls. PS I'm sure there's a better (graphically looking) version out there... or atleast that's how I remember it (smaller res maybe?)
  14. Hi just thought I'd share something I found after driving myself crazy for a while... You can append to any filename in dos using the command Rename * **<append string here> Or just use Ren as Ren is the same as typing Rename If you want to use a in your append string (you have to be using XP I think) don't forget to use the following... Rename * "**<append string here>" You can be lazy and just leave out the final " though Example: I want a group of text files to end in " work.txt" First I have to remove the ".txt" from my files: Now all my "txt" files have no extensions. So then I can add the " Work.txt" to them: Oh if you want to add text to the beginning it's just... Rename * <append string here>* This has been a public idiot announcement :) Appologies to all that knew this already - I did try to find documentation on the net but failed (maybe this is the reason why people hate spaces in filenames - lol) I think people should list this command with an alternative of: Rename <filter> *<first value to find><Replacement after find> Example: I have one file in my directory "The Cats Cought Crabs.txt" >Rename *.txt "*Cats Infested.txt The file is now named "The Cats Infested.txt"
  15. They got there potato salad in at the end  OMG the first gay porn shown on TV (and a threesome too!)
  16. I disagree they started the film as a 'what if 911 was a setup?' Then they went too look at how they could of done it - note I said FILM not documentary - it just so happened that it rased a hell of a lot of questions - which is a good thing because weather you realise it or not a question is always there and it always wants an answer. Forgive me I have just started reading it but it seems to pritty much be going along with most of the evidence they have found - Am I dumb or something I watched Loose Change and was left with questions not answers or even definative senarios - just questions. I have to say though that there is always someone smarter than you and their going to see your logic as flawed like an animal lets say on fire so it jumps into the nearest wet pool it just so happens that that pool is actually pure PH1 Acid, you might argue hindsite or that it is logical well isn't it also logical to test the pool liquid first?... anyway I digress... Erm yeah not gonna happen in this world as it stands... not sure it ever has... oh the delillusions of freedom people have. Your world is made up of your beliefs things you believe are true and those you don't it's the way you cope with things and something you need so you can function in this world. Most people believe what they are comfortable with... piece of mind... lol Oh and on the note of professionals: Example Perl Harbour for years alot of Historians said there was no foreknowledge of the attack and now they say the USA Corp gov knew We know what we knew at the point that we knew it (beliefs) but in hindsight we usually know better. I see nothing about an 'attack' on your government (see above first part for why movie was made in the firstplace) anyway such things are pointless you'd stand about as much chance of getting real justice as North Korea stands becomming a democracy... just be happy your owned by a Corporation that treats you well-ish (could be worse you could be living under a dictator) You have to face it Clinton was impeached for far less than Bush has done LOL Nope because as you have said 'And even then you should make up yor mind for yourself.' you'd need something undisputable and believe me these guys have been doing this for years they know how to play and win. (besides someone can always find a flaw/get out clause) Reports come out each day about the dirty things the USA Corp 'gove' is doing like election fraud, money scandles, deals with terrorists, lies, destroying the declaration of independence, illegal taxation etc.. like they give a crap about you they have enough money to do what they please the only way your ever going to get anything done/changed is civil war - yeah right. All I can say is that in life if you have a question then make sure you get it answered, if it's a good one make others aware of it (maybe they can help you answer it or clarify it) - whats the point in life iif you don't have any questions? Oh and when you have an answer don't forget to ask why???
  17. I wonder if it has anything to do with this: http://www.pocket-lint.co.uk/news.php?newsId=3378
  18. http://www.ambience.sk/fdisk-master-boot-r...lilo-fixmbr.php
  19. Sorry I was testing and I edited it see above... just me wondering is all :) sorry to bug ya - nice to see you found a worthy project :)
  20. testing - hmmm the http:// is not in the original message: url=www.hakr.org]testing[/url www.hak5.org - and here neither the display portion of the BB system must be adding it: url]www.hak5.org[/url So will your code still work? as I'm looking at it (I don't know PHP though) I think it looks at the original message for the string "http" within your message that is sent to the back end database... this message being interpreted and the is only http added when it's sent to the front end for people to view. Maybe look for the tag instead or anything with www. in it???? Whoopse I missread you have the 'url' in there already nice :)
  21. Wow and back then he said he could actually build it! (aparently it was his way to stop the war), didn't he say it would have a 260 odd mile range? Edit: http://www.rense.com/general10/deathray.htm Says it will attain not that it needs that magnets are probably the key and I believe the rail gun is a step back from tesla's creation... people trying to attain to Tesla's work since the patient office (US) seeming lost all copies of the patients for this one
  22. I think someone estimated that one costing in the $1000 of dollars OLED's don't come cheep ATM... have to wait for the carbon nanotube stuff Hell why not have a TFT with the new seethrough circuit boards above it Or just magnifying cubes inside the keys Personally I'd rather see one of these: http://www.virtual-laser-keyboard.com/ Modded so you can change the layout - or (my current idea) split it so you wear 2 wrist like bands and it's projected from under your hands spidey style lol
  23. She's a close-it phobic? Edit Sparda: Recreate Tesla's lost death ray, Figure out how Tesla could induce point voltages at any specific point in a circuit, rebuild Tesla's solar power station oh wait you like signals find out how using only the earth and no wires you can propagate electricity... all very cool stuff especially for a man that lived over 100 years ago Or investigate how the MIT squad managed to get a 1000 MB/s phone line connection (I think it was phone line) aka invent a better network protocol (I think there's was multiphase)
  24. But it does help us question things though and maybe out of that find reason and understanding - usually people go with whatever gives them piece of mind :( Oh and Zero point... me thinks (imho) is a missunderatanding of magnetism...they see energy comming from nowhere adn make an assumption, you cannot blame them though as it's a bastardised branch of physics - what hope do you have at understanding something people with IQ's higher than yours don't wnat you to know even exists. - experimentation time! lol So even if you want to lable this guy as bullshit or crackpot atleast for one second he made you think/conside something and isn't that a good thing? I mean where the hell does a magnet get it's power from? if it's stored (potential) then isn't it potentialy the greatest power store ever?
