  1. my two 16gig fits get very hot after writing/reading for 5 mins, lots of peopple here have this drive and I am sure it is ok, when I use a hub it is def not as hot.
  2. WM I can't wait to try this one out, I would use your ettercap module but I have no experience with those kind of tools.
  3. I can't get the internal wifi from pineapple1 to connect to my wpa2 network? even WM networkmanager module does not work with the internal radio. I have done everything to get this to work and "iwconfig wlan0 mode managed" returns an error.
  4. I myself would invite a mk5, as long as we get at least 64MB of ram and maybe faster processor. I know a lot of people were upset that the mk3 ended so fast.
  5. I beleve this is possible but as for running deauth, sslstrip and tcpdump. I just ran jammer module and started sslstrip and it froze the pineapple. both are resource hogs
  6. Telot I like the idea of "client ssid or mac triggers" but was thinking have a feature where on one page all the connected clients would be shown and listed with there info in a table. you could see ip, mac, device name, ssid, ect and on the bottom of each client show info like feeedback from modules IE REDIRECTED: google.com TO /www/web/rickroll/index.html, PORT SCAN, ect on top of that make a dropdown list where you could fire off stuff for that specific client and maybe a way to group clients into teams so you can manage each team different. this would require work from module creators or monitoring log files so that there attacks on clients can be displayed in this idea I have.
  7. Neworld if you can ssh and access the ui than you don't need the serial cable to flash, just do it like nomal only re-flashing the latest build.
  8. try this in ssh wireless.radio1.disabled=0 if that does not work I would re-flash sorry:-S
  9. I would re-flash looks like things are realy boinked radio0 is internal and if it's messed with. basicly with networkmanager module when you add wlan1 and say change the setting so radio1/wlan1 is a client, and then decide to disable it with the check box that actually disables radio1 and can no longer work until enabled, removing config and commiting radio1/wlan1 should fix this.
  10. does the alfa show up when plugged directly into the usb port? and from a fresh power up what I have experienced with my alfa nha is if I use a hub and don't bring up wlan1 "ifconfig wlan1 up" and then issue a reboot the nha does not show up after the reboot "iwconfig" EDIT: try the adapter on your computer to see if it functions
  11. sober have you used networkmanager module? if so remove-config under wlan1 and then commiting could fix or a reflash.
  12. so the adapter was functioning? are you using usb hub or direct connection and how are you powering the pineapple?
  13. also it's known that a few people have had usb cord issues and replacing them fixed it.
  14. by chance did you use networkmanager module?
  15. a con for deaf people:-s I was trying to be funny:-( sorry
  16. glad you got it out... TWSS I didn't know the new ducks were orange, a few months ago I thought Darren said white. the red ducks had lots of issues with bumb sd cards, unsure if it's the hardware that caused it or bad batch of cards, no word from the shop about this?
  17. interesting. also please note that going over 12volts can kill the pineapple and is not recomended.
  18. if you get this to a science please share your findings:-D I think unless you have access to the users screen you can never be garanteed that all the packets can be peiced back together properly and how the useres computer/software is using/compiling it
  19. Thank you for the video. my thinking Pineapple1 karma tcpdump ettercap any extra services usb with swap Pinapple2 deauther/internet through internal wifi sslstrip usb with swap I kinda view the first pineapple as the one to be the karma device and I thought leaving sslstrip as the only service on the 2nd EDIT: I was thinking that the pineapples should connect from poe to wan/lan, leaving pineapple2 the ability to share internet from it's poe and allowing a wired connection to manage tango mode.
  20. I don't get it would a computer still not look up a dns server regardles if it's encrypted or not? or are there ssl dns servers for https? can you try clearing the cash and restarting the device your testing with? on android I use 1tap cleaner. what I found is if you visit a site with an android device it saves the ip and skips the lookup after that.
  21. thank god someone else is experiencing this, I've been trying to iron out the issues with hubs for a long time now.
  22. from what you said "Hornet" this is a stock board and is not flashed with the pineapple firmware yet, if you got this from the hakshop I would contact them and maybe a replacement or if your willing to attempt to flash it under there instructions. I know the ones that come with openwrt can sometimes be flashed just like how the mk4 firmware does it.
  23. not sure if there is a command that could be run at the very start of the pineapple? problem Im having is when I have a usb hub and an alfa NHA connected, at first power up it's all good and visable with iwconfig but if I reboot the pineapple with out ever bringing wlan1 up then after the reboot the wlan1 interface is not there? works fine if I ifconfig wlan1 up and then reboot.
