  1. https://forums.hak5.org/index.php?/forum/56-usb-rubber-ducky/ The above forum may be of more assistance then the general questions one.
  2. That'd be because I am the European reseller.

Guys this topic has gone from great to awesome. I love seeing what you all keep in your bags, gives great ideas (like that zalman device) and other ideas. Keep it coming.
  4. I do like the idea. I saw one the other day and they are rather nice.

Yeah and for so little new, these are a bargain and so damn useful. Thank you for pointing it out I honestly didn't know something like this existed.

That Zalman device, just bought one.
  7. Surprised, not really. The NSA is what it is, and using any and all means doesn't surprise me. Of course the next question is how the hell do we remove it from our firmware? If it can get on, it can be taken off.
  8. So I was given an older, but functional, Dell Poweredge 4600 server. It's a 6U rack mount, 4 power supplies in it, 4 gigs of ram on two cards, 4 occupied scsi drives, and two cpu sockets filled. Great, a server that at it's best is actually weaker than my desktop, and probably a power hungry monster. So, what can I do with, what can we do with a rather large, if outdated, server?
  9. shop@hak5.org They can answer your question.
  10. Well, and one other place. http://edutech-hakshop.myshopify.com/ But then again I am an official reseller.
  11. Vulnerabilities are patched every single day, but new ones are discovered every single day. So to answer your question, how long is a piece of string? This question doesn't have an exact answer. But as long as devices use wifi and continue to work as they do, they can be de-authed and forced to connect. But let me put it this way, your overall attitude to what this is and what it can be used for should inform you more than what the device is in and of itself. If you don't want to give it a try, don't.
  12. Shockingly I am going to the one in Ireland. Especially as I am hosting it. :)
  13. Considering the issues that Mac OSX has with the pineapple, just look into the Pineapple forum for examples, I'd recommend no. To be honest I could never recommend a Mac based system. The cost is rather large and you get rather less. A newer Lenovo would be the way to go.

Looks like it could fit a small enough laptop in it too from those images.
  15. In general does not work, for all the reasons I listed previously. There are too many makes, models, versions for a catch all answer. If you want to know how to root a specific phone, XDA developers is usually your best bet.
  16. https://forums.hak5.org/index.php?/forum/78-mark-v/ For all your pineapple needs. Also when and where did you buy it from?
  17. Rooting which cellphone? Which make? Which model? Is it a specific model to a carrier? Which OS is on the phone? Which version of the OS? You see you have asked one very generic question. Quite simply, it depends on the phone.

    About In China

As Cooper as stated, you cannot.
  22. The power supplies are switching and can handle 100-240. I think the issue might have been leaving it charging overnight. There is a warning about unattended charging.
  23. I would suggest install a 64bit VM rather than 32bit VM.
  24. Contact the hakshop. Explain exactly what happened in detail, not a short sentence like that. Exacting detail. They will let you know then if you are entitled to one or not.
