  1. I'm looking to sell my MKIV and MKV to move to a Nano, please keep in mind I don't know if I still have all of the original cables but I'll do my best to look for them. Both devices work just like the day I bought them, they'll be flashed with the latest firmware before being sent. Either reply back here or PM me for more information and pictures, this is from the UK so shipping is limited to Europe (for now at least).
  2. Hello all, Just got my Mark IV, and probably I'm doing something wrong, but whatever it is I can't get this thing to work. I'm working on Windows 8, via webinterface. I tried to follow the instructiosn of the booklet, but for starters I don't have the "Status" window at all. If Im looking into the "Karma" section, and checking the "Karma Log" I only see few SSIDs in the area, but I know for the fact that I have a dozen around me. Can't get into my own WiFi... I've reviewd all available documentation, and related links, but something is defiantly missing. Please point me to the right dirrection. Thanks!
  3. Hello all, I recieved my MkIV in the mail yesterday and I've been tinkering with getting it set up, but I'm having problems getting it to recognize any USB devices (light doesn't come on, devices don't show up in web portal, etc), and I'm concerned that it may be a hardware issue? Here's a summary of where I'm at and how I've tried to diagnose the problem: Firmware: 2.8.1 (flashed twice, no devices plugged in; able to access web portal and SSH, ICS enabled and confirmed working) Power: From the wall through the stock brick Devices tried: PNY 16GB drive PNY 32 GB drive SanDisk 4 GB Cruzer Fit (All three have been formatted according to http://forums.hak5.org/index.php?/topic/25882-how-to-enable-usb-mass-storage-with-swap-partition/ and have been tested successfully on two other systems) Alfa NHA card (also verified working) lsusb Output: Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub mount Output: rootfs on / type rootfs (rw) /dev/root on /rm type squashfs (ro,relatime) proc on /proc type proc (rw,noatime) sysfs on /sys type sysfs (rw,noatime) tmpfs on /tmp type tmpfs (rw,nosuid,nodev,noatime,size=14672k) tmpfs on /dev type tmpfs (rw,noatime,size=512k,mode=755) devpts on /dev/pts type devpts (rw,noatime,mode=600) /dev/mtdblock3 on /overlay type jffs2 (rw,noatime) overlayfs:/overlay on / type overlayfs (rw,relatime, lowerdir= ,upperdir=/overlay) debugfs on /sys/kernel/debug type debugfs (rw,relatime) none on /proc/bus/usb type usbfs (rw,relatime) And ls /dev/sd* Returns 'No such file or directory' As I said, none of the devices get any response from the Pineapple from what I can tell. I'm hoping that maybe it's a configuration issue? I'm not experienced enough with Linux to know where to look or what to try to verify that USB services are enabled and running, my Google-fu isn't turning anything up, and I've run out of ideas as to how to diagnose the issue with hardware alone. I'd really like to get some Infusions running and start actually experimenting with the device, so any thoughts or suggestions would be welcome. Here's the dmesg output: @qualcomm.com> And the fstab settings: If there's any other info I can provide, let me know. Thanks in advance
  4. Would this be possible? I can see how it would be, but i just wanted to see if one of the DEV's could confirm the complexity of it. It seems simple enough, i think... Find and run the commands that the HTML/JS ui calls, wait till it executes correctly and exits, then execute the next module fetch/get command, wait till completion, so on so forth. For my purposes, a simple static script would work fine. But it would be nice if it could somehow parse a list of availible modules, their install scripts/commands, etc and then prompt the user to choose which modules they want, and then the user waits, presto. If someone could just point me in the right direction and/or get me started, i could in theory have it done fairly quickly ThunderMoose
  5. Hello I recently got the mk4 but i am having problems with it freezing and/or crashing randomly and very often. Im running 2.7.0, poe to ethernet and power via usb port on laptop (i have tried with the pineapple juice aswell) What happens is im setting it up as per tutorial/how-to so its default setup, run the wp4.sh and i have access to the gui, everything works as it should but it seems like when i use sslstrip and urlsnarf together that is a sure freeze issue for the mk4. It does not answer ping nor ssh and needs a complete reboot and a wp4.sh run againg. This also happens (although maybe every other day or so) just running the sslstrip - both modules are the newest, installed on usb with swap and downloaded from the pineapplebar. Ive looked around and see some issues that looks related but nothing seems to fix this for me. Any ideas ? Thanx :)
  6. Just thought i would start a discussion on this. I think a drift net module would be pretty cool on the pineapple, then again i have no idea how resource intensive it would be etc. I might look into it as a module one i get some ma 1337 module dev skills! lol but i am thinking that with the use of php and html that this could be very much possible. - Anton
  7. Hi, Well I managed to break my Pineapple already after several days of ownership. After adding a USB memory chip (8Gb) and swap file, and upgrading to 2.6.1 Firmware, (everything working fine up till this point) I decided to add all the modules and switch everything on, thinking it would dump everything to the memory stick. Instead what I get is web browser access to all the basic functions, but when clicking on the modules I get a php redirect looping rapidly. Further investigation with Status - Generate Detailed Report reveals: No space left on device. To make matters worse I cannot remove the modules from the uninstall screen. What went wrong - apart from me stuffing it full of modules? Don't they all get put on the memory device? I'd appreciate some help please. You build it, I'll find a way to break it
