Try using a different pc or a v(kali+ darrens wp6 setup file) or using the pineapple connector app in android(if its a fresh pineapple,this will prove your device is not faulty) 2. If you wana stay on pc,well disable AV and any extension that might interfere 3. Try IE or firefox Its very unlikely your device is faulty.
