  1. Hello all, I need to test attacks on Tera, So first I need to set up and test all modules and attacks. would anyone help me? Thank you all.
  2. I cannot reach the setup page for the wifi pineapple tetra( http://172.16.42.1:1471 ), I am currently using windows 10, however i have also tried using a Kali Virtual machine, I have tried every solution so far, Can anyone help?
  3. Hey guys! Just got my Wifi Pineapple NANO in the mail along with the holiday upgrade promotion, and was trying to set it up. I downloaded the firmware from the website and plugged the NANO directly into the computer. I then tried to connect to the PineappleAP via the IP address at http://172.16.42.1:1471 on Google Chrome, and the connection simply timed out. I thought that it may be the browser, and tried it on Firefox with no success. Then I tried both again on a different computer (both computers used Windows 7) again with no success. Then I did both AGAIN while using the USB-Ethernet Y adapter that came with it which also didn't work. Then I tried putting a microSD card to see if it did anything with no success again. Yes, the blue LED was solid when I tried to connect, and yes I restarted both the computers and the NANO. Am I missing something? Any help appreciated. -MistyMind (Would post pictures, can't figure out how)

  5. See some people getting stuck with updating bunnies and tools etc. so put together quicklist of what I did from a brand new bash bunny on my linux box. I'm sure there are some differences with OSX and windows but in general with adaptation or tweaks this should work for all as a general outline. 1. Read the wiki - seriously even if you dont remember it all, know where it is and use it for reference. 2. Switch position to 3 (closest to USB) and insert to pc. With mine I got a blue light. I also backed up the original payloads dir but its not required. 3. Clone the payloads github locally or download the zip and extract the contents. 4. Copy the payload folder you just cloned or extracted to the bash bunny storage and overwrite all. You now have latest payloads. At this point if you were to unplug the bunny, select switch 1 or 2 and then reinsert you would see a purple light rather than the blue one that came from factory (at least mine did). 5. Some payloads require dependencies such as quick creds. You install the dependencies using the tools_installer payload So its worth running this payload as your first payload. On the Bashbunny storage delete the payload in switch 1 or 2 and then CUT the contents of /payloads/library/tools_installer/ to the switch folder of choice. DONT copy it as there is a slight bug if you have 2x copy’s of this payload on the bashbunny storage when its run. Unplug the bunny and select the switch to match where you placed the payload and reinsert the bunny. If all goes well you should eventually see a white LED. if you see red LED you may need to check the forums. From this point your ready to try other payloads or start developing new ones. Talking of which I almost forgot DuckToolkit adds support for new languages. and uses the Ducktoolkit python library for encoding. I had some issues getting the bunny online with ICS on linux but was mostly down to me not reading things in the bb.sh ICS script but I will point them out in case others do the same. 1. A factory fresh bashbunny can only ICS when switch is in position 1 or 2 not in arming mode position 3. There is no Ethernet device on a factory fresh bunnny in arming mode. 2. When you download and run the bb.sh it should be first run without the bashbunny inserted and when the script gets to stage 3 you insert the bashbunny to complete the guided config. 3. Just because you configured the bb.sh does not mean your online, you still need to hit C to connect with the current configuration and start ICS. So from here you should have Bashbunny with up to date payloads, dependencies installed and are able to ICS to get it online if required. Hope this helps some people.
  6. Hi, Yes, before you get your pitchforks out, I have read and followed all the different versions of instruction on getting this to work. So the setup I have is OSX Sierra running a Parrot OS distro in VirtualBox. ICS is up and running (I think). Installed the driver that is posted on the forums here. Tried that future proof ICS settings where you change the IP after SSH-ing into the Nano. I have tried everything and I can NOT get the Nano to load modules or bulletins or anything. When I run the w6 script in Linux, it just completely blocks my access to the Nano Dashboard saying the browser can not connect. Any help would be much appreciated. See relevant screens here --> http://imgur.com/a/lXQPR I also followed this guide with no luck --> http://j2abro.blogspot.com.co/2016/07/configuring-wifi-pineapple-nano-on-mac.html
  7. Hello all! I would your help to solve an issue , nothing in loot folder. i already see mentioned into many posts but really got no a solution from here. Hands on a a Fresh NEW Bash Bunny with an outdated firmware ,windows 7 Ultimate x64 Pc. Keyboard settings are US for win7, and from factory in BB. If i open config.txt i read just: #!/bin/bash #This configuration file is used to set default variables DUCKY_LANG us Go ahead Updated the firmware, downloading the updater here https://bashbunny.com/setup , the payloads library and all will be updated too Fixed the device driver for the Gadget serial > opening the device manager on win7,found the alert near device, update driver >select the Bash Bunny path. The driver will be searched into the subfolders and installed. So rerun BB. i tried and i got connection with a shell on port COM4 with Putty . I have to run a script. Open library folder and copy content of H:\payloads\library\credentials\PasswordGrabber into H:\payloads\switch2 Download to Tool folder the laZagneX64.exe file , *also tried to rename it in laZAgne.exe That"s all. Switched to 2 and run BB. Result> only an EMPTY PasswordGrabber folder in Loot folder. ON SCREEN> I seen 2 popup windows, Run command from Win7 and a Terminal window black clean for just a second. Have Somebody solved this, and HOW ???? Thanks alot Quixx

  14. Hi all, just got my Tetra and trying to play around with it. I have been able to connect to the 172.16.42.1:1471 page just fine. When I get to the second page where it says "Initial Setup Security", I click on continue and nothing happens. I have tried this via Ethernet and through both base SSID's that it shows when powered. Light on front of device is blue and I have a connection going through the Y cable connected to two USB Ports Type A on my computer, to the USB B connector on the Tetra . What do I seem to be missing here?
  15. Hello and thanks for your help :) I'm running Kali 2016 rolling and I have some problems setting up the Pineapple Tetra. So.. Just bought the Tetra, connected it, checked the 172.xxx address, and pinged it from terminal ---> OK The Problem : 1) Normal LAN Connection activated on wlan0 and then I active eth1 (pineapple) : My connection to my LAN is on wlan0. I can ping the pineapple fine but ... : - 1) When I click on the network Icon on the upper bar, it says "USB ETHERNET CONNECTING".. But I already have an IP for the Pineapple and can Ping it ! - 2) I cannot access the pineapple's IP on port 1471 on the browser.. "unable to connect" :( 2) Both connection activated (wlan0 to my Lan and eth1 to the pineapple) : - Now, the network icon is saying "USB ETHERNET CONNECTED", so the Pineapple is connected, still can ping it (and my router) from terminal but ... hnaks - 1) Browser won't connect either to a public IP nor to the pineapple IP IP tables are clean and killed all network services like tor / proxychains. Please help cos I'm really stuck here.. Thanks
  16. Hi All, I am trying to set up WiFi Pineapple nano on my Kali machine. I am doing so using the guided interface option. However, every time the process seems to stop at "Step 3 of 3: Select WiFi Pineapple Interface Please connect the WiFi Pineapple to this computer...................................................." I have tried unplugging WiFi nano and connect it back but still getting the same result.
  17. Hello, I just received my WifiPineapple Elite edition in the mail today and i am having issues setting it up. I run my Kali 2.0 through virtualbox and it is setup with a bridged connection. I've added the WP to the list of USB devices in the VM settings. I run the wp6 and do the guided setup, confirm my default address as 10.0.2.1, confirm eth0 is my internet connection, then confirm that eth1 is the pineapple. I look at my network connection and it shows both eth0 and eth1 are connected. My ip to eth0 is given as 10.0.2.100 and eth1 is 172.16.42.42. When i select "connect using saved settings" in the wp6 script, it says it is "detecting wifi pineapple" and just hangs there, throwing periods for dayzzz! I cant ping 172.16.42.1 either. Anybody know whats going on? Thank you.
  18. Are there any guided "scenarios" that can be followed to properly setup the pineapple in a common way? For example, I have the Pineapple Nano with an external battery. I'd like to configure the Nano to run headless (no cables to manage it) while using an Evilportal to capture clients, and then pass those clients through to the Internet. Steps: Plug Nano into external power. Log into Management AP and configure Client Mode to connect to a nearby AP (for Internet pass-through). Configure PineAP. Enable and configure EvilPortal. .... Put the Pineapple in your bag and hack the planet? I've looked about the Forums but was unable to find any such resource.
  19. I have an issue with the initial setup of my TETRA: The connection via USB ETH works fine and I also can start the setup. But on the second step, where I'm asked to select a new firmware file to upgrade, I can select whatever firmware file I want (or even none) and it always brings me to the next page, that tells me, that the upgrade file was verified successfully and I should wait for the setup to finish. However, after about 5 seconds I'm redirected back to the file-selection page with the URL "http://172.16.42.1:1471/?cache_breaker=1473066392". I already tried different browsers (IE, Firefox) and systems (Windows, Kali) but it's the same with all of them. Any idea, what I'm doing wrong? Or is there a way to skip the upgrade initially and do it later?
  20. I can't even seem to connect to my new Nano there is no response on http://172.16.42.1:1471 I plug it in - it boots - blue light blinks - then goes solid ... My read of Ifconfig shows Nano is connected to en5 - but seems en5 has no IP address ??? Ifconfig output is below - and screen show is attached ... I'm stuck !!! Any ideas ? Is there a way to Hard Reset ?? ------------------------------------- en5: flags=8963<UP,BROADCAST,SMART,RUNNING,PROMISC,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> mtu 1500 options=4<VLAN_MTU> ether 00:c0:ca:8f:b6:11 inet6 fe80::2c0:caff:fe8f:b611%en5 prefixlen 64 scopeid 0xa nd6 options=1<PERFORMNUD> media: autoselect (100baseTX <full-duplex,flow-control>) status: active bridge100: flags=8863<UP,BROADCAST,SMART,RUNNING,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> mtu 1500 options=3<RXCSUM,TXCSUM> ether 9a:e0:d9:79:10:64 inet 192.168.2.1 netmask 0xffffff00 broadcast 192.168.2.255 inet6 fe80::98e0:d9ff:fe79:1064%bridge100 prefixlen 64 scopeid 0xb Configuration: id 0:0:0:0:0:0 priority 0 hellotime 0 fwddelay 0 maxage 0 holdcnt 0 proto stp maxaddr 100 timeout 1200 root id 0:0:0:0:0:0 priority 0 ifcost 0 port 0 ipfilter disabled flags 0x2 member: en5 flags=3<LEARNING,DISCOVER> ifmaxaddr 0 port 10 priority 0 path cost 0 nd6 options=1<PERFORMNUD> media: autoselect status: active pineapple-setup-stuck.pdf
  21. Hi All, I have tried a number of different troubleshooting methods but cannot get to the part of the setup where I upload the firmware. It won't take me to the page where I would browse to the file I have already downloaded. Y cables (2 of them) are plugged into the laptop. Have also tried a network cable, seprately. Blue light is on and solid Switch from my home AP with Internet to one of the two Pineapple_XXXX APs that are listed in the WiFi list Once connected browse to http://172.16.42.1:1471/ Then get to http://172.16.42.1:1471/index.php?action=firmwareUpdate but nothing happens after clicking "continue". I have clicked the button on the router many times - both quickly and long holds. Nothing happens and I cannot get to the page where I'm to upload the file. What should I do next? Here is the page that will not advance: Thanks in advance!
  22. What Golden Rules of set-up process' for your Pineapple Nano before doing what you do? It's taken me a few weeks to figure a couple things out. While it's neither amazing or extensive, it is something that works for me at my level. I would love to see a few steps that you take to get what you want out of the Nano. I hope this thread will turn into a good fresh-meat nano owner's thread to get their understanding feet wet. 1. This is a setup while stationary in town (ie park with kid, dinner, ect..). Generally I utilize PineAP, SiteSurvey, Recon, ngrep, Make sure logging is recorded to the SD card once an hour as the nano isn't running usually for more than 4 hours. Enable the PineAP, minus probe logging and broadcasting the SSID Pool. Turn the SSID broadcasting rate to minimum but turn the response to probing to aggressive. Set the WLAN2 to a working AP. Set ngrep (still don't fully understand what this does) to work on wlan0. Recon goes to work on a 5 minute scan. Sitesurvey to see if there's a common AP to death and capture. Then go about applying MAC tracking and deaths via recon window. I'll post another setup process after I refine my arcade button-mashing like nano use. I still have issues understanding which modules and interface initiations break other interface workings on other modules. For example: YOU CAN SiteSurvey with wlan1mon and it won't stop the PineAP from running. YOU CAN run ngrep on Wlan0 and not boot all your clientele. YOU CANNOT initiate sitesurvey with wlan0-mon without booting yourself (I think that's what I did to kick myself out of the administration SSID). What are some of the Golden Rules of 'use this with this but not with that'? EDIT: spotted this in the sitesurvey module thread: Running deauth mode for length consistently locks the pineapple up. The situation seems to be aggravated when recon wlan1 is active also, resulting in scans being dropped entirely and a situation where factory reset was needed to restore. Golden Rule: Don't run sitesurvey deauth while recon wlan1 is active. Good to know.
  23. Apologies for the length of this, but it may help other people So yesterday I received my shiny new Tetra and thought "great, lets plug it in and have a play" :) The instructions are nice and simple: Download the latest WiFi Pineapple TETRA firmware - complete Plug the TETRA into your computer using the included USB Y cables - yep, done, pair of USB3 ports on my main Windows 10 PC. Also plugged in the mains adapter. Solid blue LED showing Browse to http://172.16.42.1:1471 (Only Chrome and Firefox are officially supported) - yeah. Nope. Not happening. Nada. Zip Follow the onscreen instructions to complete setup So, opened a command prompt and ran IPconfig APIA address on the USB-Ethernet port - not a good start. So its not picking up DHCP from the Tetra. OK thats probably the PC. Swap to laptop number 1. Windows 10 Plug in the Tetra to the two USB ports on the side. Still got a solid blue light on the Tetra. Still got APIA address on the USB Ethernet port Re-install the drivers for the USB-Ethernet port - still nada. The interface in windows is showing as connected, unidentified. Cannot connect to the management page Check the Wifi networks showing - 2x Pineapple_xxxx networks (presuming one 2.4 and one 5Ghz) - lets try connecting to them, and yep can "connect" but again, no DHCP address. Now mildly frustrated. Swap to laptop number 2. Cannot connect to the management page Now getting more frustrated Swap to laptop number 3. Kali Linux 2 Plug in the Tetra to the two USB ports on the side. Still got a solid blue light on the Tetra. Still got APIA address on the USB Ethernet port Re-install the drivers for the USB-Ethernet port - still nada. The interface is showing in ifconfig but with not IP Cannot connect to the management page Now beginning to think hardware failure Swap to laptop number 4. Mac Install the Realtek driver for Mac, new USB 10/100 adapter appears Plug in the Tetra to the two USB ports on the side. Still got a solid blue light on the Tetra. Still got APIA address on the USB Ethernet port Re-install the drivers for the USB-Ethernet port - still nada. The interface in windows is showing as connected, unidentified. Cannot connect to the management page Now VERY frustrated and thinking about DoA's, RMA's back to the states.... OK, lets try something radical At this point the only thing I've got left is to rebuild my Kali box as a Windows 7 box. Which completes and then takes another couple of hours to patch. By this time I've gone down the pub for the evening. Laptop number "5". Kali Box rebuilt as Windows 7 Install the Realtek driver for Mac, new USB 10/100 adapter appears Plug in the Tetra to the two USB ports on the side. Still got a solid blue light on the Tetra. Still got APIA address on the USB Ethernet port Re-install the drivers for the USB-Ethernet port - still nada. The interface in windows is showing as connected, unidentified. Cannot connect to the management page Now convinced there is something wrong with the hardware. 5 different platforms, 4 different OS' and not one DHCP address. Nothing on the forums that seems to apply. Last thing to do - reapply the factory firmware Follow the instructions on the FAQ page and bang, once the firmware is "refreshed" back to factory, all of a sudden everything is working on my W7 laptop, and I could login, complete the setup etc. So its finally all working. TL;DR - if you really really can't connect to a new tetra and you've tried drivers, connectors, everything you can - try reapplying the factory firmware.
  24. So you put how to setup internet sharing on both the windows installation and linux, I was wondering if you can help me do the internet sharing on my mac because i cannot find anywhere where it says ethernet on network settings ..
