Karma issues with android (FW 2.8.1 or 3.0.0)

Hi all,

I am having issues connecting to a karma AP from my android phone. (saved an open wifi in my phone, karma reacted to the probe and showed it as available, connect to it, failed).

I can connect to the karma AP from Windows 7 laptop, or other android tablet (version 4.0.4), but not the mobile phone. (Android versions where karma doesn't work: 4.2.2. and 4.3)

Karma log entry: (this was repeated at least 100 times)

Did anyone experience anything similar? Or does anyone have any clues what to look for?

Hi,

I am having the same issues with karma, both on 2.8.0 and 2.8.1

I am able to connect Windows PC via karma, but my android phone (4.2.2) does not pickup any of the spoofed networks.. It tries to connect but from what it looks it doesn't receive Ip address/drops the connection.

Can you provide additional information on the device? I've tested with Android 4.1.2 and 4.2.2 and all seeks to be fine.

When I tested, my Galaxy S3 - 4.1.2 worked like a charm. And so did my iPod Touch Gen3 (newest firmware as of writing this).

Have you tried a reflash of the firmware?
