Is there something with the site, I cannot download the 2.7.4 file and checking the availability on http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/http://cloud.wifipineapple.com the site shows down as well.

I have not used dnsdynamic before but they do not look very professional. I do currently use both the free and non-free No-IP services and they have been the best for me in the past two years. I used them both for my home servers through my ISP and for my Colo Servers. Never had any downtime or issues with them. As far as risks there is always the chance your DNS can be hijacked but then again this can be done at user levels too.

Excellent find, I have my own setup with Metasploitable, Ultimate LAMP and Damn Vulnerable Linux but never though of dabbling in hacking VoIP and other platforms. Thx for the share.

I have to agree with telot, with the number of other legit options and better off the VPS/dedicated server route. I would rather take a bit more time setting up my own service than trusting someone else with my data. I use an opensource utility called Ajaxplorer and it has served all my needs for web and rsync uploading with me in full control. My $.02 but I can see him getting hacked and loosing users data someday :)

I am currently running a third lab server for pentesting on an AMD A8-3850 Llano APU / Gigabyte A75M-UD2H mobo with 32GB RAM (total price about $300 including HDD and Intel NIC) and currently have 9 Virtual Machines running on it with no problems 24/7. The hardest thing other then the NIC's I found when selecting the hardware was the SATA chipset. Honestly this thing runs smother then my 1U servers :) Alan

I have watched a few before and quite good. Helped me with some of my initial learning about the pineapple.

I know this post has been up for a few months but since there have been no replies I wanted to add what I have used. I have been using a 16GB SanDisk Ultra 30MB/s SD Card with PwnPi 3.0 and so far no issues at all. Colors are fine, commands execute with no issues, etc. You can expand the file system to the full size of the card as well as you can see in the screenshot of the OS screen.
