  5. nope, been sitting on the forums, wifipineapple.com all day and nada mi amigo!
  6. no problem, glad to be of some help, i spent 3 days trying to get it to work, a day of that just to get it to stop rebooting every 5min
  7. as soon as i can download v3 ill test it on my Fon 2100, 2201, Open Mesh 3201A and OMP1 and post ASAP, just need the firmware
  8. its looks identical to the board in the OpenMesh OMP1, havent taken apart the mesh from pineapple v2 yet so i cant say if its the same as well, OMP1 and AP51 looks exactly the same.
  9. the existing firmware for jasager will not work on the OMP1 since its OpenWRT 8.09, the newest kamakazie will work 8.09.2 but none of the jasager packages will install. Also you will need to create a heartbeat.sh script with the associated crontab to prevent it from rebooting every 5min.
  10. thats because it will only run on 8.09, the first version of Kamakazie and no other. Also LuCI is auto installed with OpenWRT unless you build it yourself, the package that was installed over LUCI in the Pineapple build guide was Haserl & WebIF which is more robust.
  11. i messed arount with 4 scripts before i created the working 3 line heartbeat.sh and also messed with about 7 crontabs before i came up with the 1-59/1 * * * * i put the script in /sbin but i would think you could place it anywhere you would like
  12. One major thing that Protocol helped me with is that after creating the heartbeat.sh and the correct crontab i didnt give heartbeat the proper chmod +x, make sure its excutable, after he helped with that minor speed bump it worked from that point on. I create the file using touch, edited with VI, then issued chmod +x (thanks to Protocol) then used crontab -e, then verified the new crontab using crontab -l
  13. i spent 3 days on this and came up with the code Protocol posted, it worked for me and has worked since, use that code and it will work, but it will reboot one last time before it stays up
  14. ha! found what i used, try this: http://wiki-robin.meshroot.com/Howto/Install/Flashing_La_Fonera_over_Serial_Port
  15. while i am looking try hyper terminal instead
  16. you are going to want to use hyper terminal or ah i cant remember the other app to transfer the files using x and y modem protocol
