  2. I might whip something up in Dreamweaver while im waiting for my pineapple to ship, Has anyone got apache and php working on the pineapple or do we need an external host?
  3. If you want to erase the nvram (clears all settings including the password) do a 30/30/30 reset. Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, Turn the router off and hold it for 30 seconds, Turn it back on and hold it for another 30 seconds. You could also look into DNS rebinding.
  4. Some gsm/cdma service providers can block adult content for you
  5. I just picked up a new Cisco Linksys EA2700 N600 with Dual band and MIMO because we were getting tired of rebooting our Netgear WNR2000v2 every 6 hours. Having gigabit helped a lot for transferring files between my computers. I try to avoid using the wireless when I can because wired is better. We have a Wireless printer, about 7 mobile devices and 3 laptops.
  6. DNS Blocking doesn't work, your child can just download firefox portable and change the DNS servers that Firefox uses. Although there is a way of blocking portable browsers from running, my school did this. I think its done with a few group policys but IDK.
  7. So are you guys going to keep using the same mark iv hardware untill the chipset becomes EOL or will there be a Mark 5 in 6 months?
  8. Thanks for the reply's everyone, So from what you all have said it appears that I can power it from anywhere between 5-12V DC and the power will get stepped down as needed and that the antenna the Pineapple comes with is semi-directional and also that if I power the pineapple with 5v that the usb port may run at a lower voltage Dose anyone know of an antenna that is completely independent of direction or is a di-pole as good as it gets? I'm looking for something I can just throw in my backpack, walk around and capture packets or theoretically mirror a free access point and turn all the images upside down for the lulz not that anyone would ever do that...
  9. Hi everyone, I think im going to purchase a wifi pineapple from the hakshop but first I have a few questions: The ALPHA website says that the hornet-ub runs off 12V DC but I have seen people ruining it from 5V DC USB ports, How dose this work? Dose the pineapple work on both voltages or are they undervolting it? My second question is dose it still say alpha on it when if I buy it from the hakshop? If not I can easily have an alpha sticker made somewhere but I think having a no-name black box looks VERY suspicious and it looks more suspicious with the pineapple sticker on it Third, what the least directional antenna for the pineapple? I would like to be able to throw it in a backpack and not worry about where the antenna is facing

  13. I am using TFTPD and a crossover ethernet cable. I was able to boot into windows pe, I am now trying to boot backtrack 5. Dose anyone know of a pxe server program that lets you send an iso? I would rather do a dual boot than run a vm and my only flash drive I have atm is 2gb and the backtrack iso is just over 2gb
  14. Hi everyone, I would like to install the gnome 64 bit version of backtrack 5r1 on my new laptop ( dell latitude d630 4gb ram dual core 2.0ghz 500gb hdd Intel graphics) and I don't have any blank dvds's and would like to try setting up a pxe server on my desktop running windows 7 and installing backtrack 5. I was able to set up a pxe server and boot windows pe so I can install windows over pxe but what about Backtrack?
