Kevin Mitnick was and still one of the greatest hackers I've ever seen. He deservers a round of applauses.
+1 to that too. unless some one some how manages to top eluding the FBI for 3 years by reading their email and monitoring there phone calls, kevin will always be the best. and those aren't big hacks, but all the social engineering and other hacks he had to do to get to that point are just unbeatable. there are others who came close though.

I still think adding a random timer to one would be awesome, and a magnet. Pop one under a shelf pointing at the TV wall at random big box store and let it do it's thing. Go back and pick it up after a week or so.
i think thinkgeek.com might sell something like that. i know iv seen it some where.

not really tech, but its tech related. i just got off ebay an andrew bell android collectible. there sold out every where an sell out the day they are released. so far they were released twice. only place to get em now is ebay. there are several styles but i went with the classic green. theres one called darknet that goes for $140.

oh. that. ya i wouldnt wanna touch that. i used to have some. it was fun to melt bolts an screws an stuff. it surprisingly takes a long time to dissolve some thing. not like the movies at all.

if it runs all android apps like it said i dont see how it could be a bad thing. plus you can download kindle for free an read books on it in the dark before you go to sleep. an like i said in my edit, i dont think that keyboard is part of the actual OS. i think that was a cheap OS they used to show them dual booting. if not, then you can download a skin to make it look how ever you want.

large rare earth magnet to the hard drive. 5 pound should do it. might want to remove it away from the motherboard just for safety reasons. might fry every thing.

that show makes me embarrassed to say im from jersey. i try to make it a point that half the people on that show are not even from jersey. yet some how they managed to create a following and a style for people to mold themselves after. they should relocate their house to camden or jersey city or newark, or one of the many other cities here where they would get murdered.
