hackabus
does it work if you plug your nano directly into you computer, wait for the blue light to stop flashing, check you have an ethernet connection to the nano and then browse to 172.16.42.1:1471

Whats the host OS? What have you tried? What do you see when doing things? screenshots can sometimes speak a thousand words. Zylla
Hold the reset-button for several seconds while at the same time powering it on (plugging it in). This should give you access to the backup stuff.
