I just got my new MK3. Pretty slick. It seems kind of limited though since most websites are encrypted these days.

Anyway to get it to run Ettercap so that it could actually serve up SSL session to capture IDs and PWs?

Thanks.

Thanks for the pointer. After trying to install ettercap and all of the missing libraries all I get is a segmentation fault when I try to run it. I will poke around and see what I can find.

would SSLsnif not also be good for this job? or am i missing something? :)

its way smaller than ettercap, so wont take up alot of space...

anyone that have tried this?

i normaly use SSLstrip on my laptop, but would be fun to get it integrated in the router.. and even sent a certificate to the victim

I will give that a shot. I can port most apps to my image...

an update...

i tried installing SSLstrip on my MK3, but it got so many dependencies, that it fills the MK3 compleatly,

so this is only going ti fit it Seb' does some of his harry potter magic :D

That was the problem on the original Fon2100, there just isn't enough room to store everything.

exactly, but Seb' has mannaged to get feeded alot of packages into the image, so that the take up alot less space than when i installed the same packages manually...

sadly i have not had time to find out how to compile firmware my self.. would be nice to be able to just make firmware with the packets that you need for a given job, and still have room for log files.. ;)
