I think I might make a tutorial on making an espresso machine. It really inst to difficult. (I'm 15 and work at a local coffee shop, and use the super-high-end-itailan-sounding-brand-name espresso macgine on a regular basis. I dont really like it though. Personally I like a carmel steamer, which is really simple: Just heat some milk with carmel syrup in it up to about 140F with the steam wand. For those who dont know, an espresso machine heats up water into high pressure steam. This steam can go two different ways. One way is to the froth wand, which is used for frothing and heating milk for lattes and cuppacinos. The other way for steam to go is through the coffee grounds, which are in a small, shallow cup, with many small holes in it. Steam is forced through the grounds and out as espresso into a "shot" tin cup. If anyone wants to make they're own espresso, all they would need is a cheap espresso brewer/steamer combo, and some some assorted cups. I could also If give out recipies for drinks if anyone wanted to try this 8)

This isnt always true Not to be a asshole or anything but I thought this should be brought up. Since ext3 is a journaling files system, it RARELY needs defraging. In all fairness, consumers will never have to defrag an ext3 filesystem, BUT, some high-traffic filesystem intensive servers need regular defraging to keep speed up. For all intents and purposes, you dont need to defrag ext3 systems. However, I'm guessing hakgipc isnt an enterprise server operator, so Sparda, you definately are right.

i have a lexar jumpdrive secure II, which has a password protected and hidden partition that I wan to delete. Ther only problem is that the drive seems to have borked a little when my old windows install wen tits up. The damn password doesnt work anymore. How the duece to I formatt the entire device, thereby removing the partions on them. In other words, I want to wipe the entire physical flash drive clean, So that I can acces the entire disk again. Any help would be greatly apreciated. P.S. I have both windows xp and SuSE 10.1 installed, If that makes any difference

tightVNC is ok, and I think you can secure it with SSH (in one of the episodes) *might be real VNC, not sure

setup a PHproxy. Easy as shit. If i did it anyone can. You jsut put the files in your www root folder and it auttomaticly goest to php.index. its almost idiot proof

Ubuntu is debian, VaKo, incase you didn't know. I have had succes with it. Debian is great (apt-get repositories are great)

use a VPN. Windows XP has built in support for VPN connections. Go to Network Connections...New Connection... I think its in one of the episode. Podzinger it
